Precautions before using
The headlamps shown in this instruction manual are examples. Due to the shape and position of the parts in some car models, it may not be possible to smoothly install or remove the headlamps even if the procedure in this manual is followed.

How to use
Before starting work
To remove the headlamp lenses, start from the tip of the headlamps.
The headlamps shown in this manual are only an example. For some car models, even if the procedure is followed as described in this manual, it may not be possible to remove the headlamps smoothly due to the shape and position of the parts.
Removing the headlamp lens

Decide where to insert the plier and release the clip connecting the headlamp lens to the housing near that point.

Insert the plier into the gap between the headlamp lens and the housing and open it.

Insert headlamp wedge into the gap opened by the removal plier. You can remove the plier as long as you can insert it firmly.

Use the pliers to re-open the area where the headlamp wedge was inserted and insert the second headlamp wedge.

Pull the gasket out through the gap where you inserted the headlamp wedge.

Open lens with the plier and repeat inserting headlamp lens wedge. Remove all gaskets, separate the housing from lens to complete the installation.
Installing the gasket

Install a new gasket while holding it down by using a headlamp lens gasket spatula.

Install the gasket around the circumference, and complete by aligning the housing and the lens.
