Yes, this adapter could support up to 4K@60HZ. If you want to reach 4K performance, please make sure your HDMI cable which used to connect this adapter to your monitor could also support 4K. -
Unusually, could Samsung DEX and Huawei PC mode support 4K?
Unfortunately, Samsung DEX and Huawei PC mode only support 1920*1080P @ 60Hz. -

If so, your display should be in extended mode now, and you could directly drag the app to the monitor with the mouse. Or you could switch to the mirror mode. -
