**

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

  • Read the instruction manual carefully before using the appliance and save it for future reference.

  • Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance (underside of the kettle & base) corresponds to the local power voltage before you connect the appliance. Infit’s not, contact your dealer and do not use the kettle.

  • Do net let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.

  • Do not place the appliance near a gas outlet, electric burner, or heated oven

  • Do not operate without water, otherwise, the heater element would be damaged. The incorrect use of the kettle may negatively affect its lifespan.

  • Ensure that kettle is placed on a firm and flat surface, away from any ledge.
    This can prevent the kettle from overturning.

  • Never immerse the kettle, its base, or power cord in the water or other liquids to avoid fire or personal injury.

  • Be careful and avoid touching the steam coming out from the lid vents or spout, especially during pouring or while adding water right after boiling

  • Always pour the boiling water slowly and carefully. Do not tip the kettle too fast.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

  • Allow the kettle to cool down before filling it with water.

  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

  • Do not touch the hot surface. Use the handle for lifting and carrying the kettle.
    The kettle is intended for household use only. Do not operate the kettle outdoors or in any type of wet or extreme conditions.

  • Wind the extra cable into the inside of the base during operation to keep the distance between the base and the outlet as short as possible.

  • Please be careful when moving the kettle containing hot water.

  • Use the kettle only in combination with its original base.

  • Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.

  • To disconnect, push the control button to the “off” position then unplug the appliance from the power outlet.

  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a manufacturer, a service center authorized by the manufacturer, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

  • Please use the power cord with the grounded outlet to ensure stable and secure power supply.

  • Be careful not to exceed the maximum water level mark of the appliance and ensure the lid is closed properly, as hot water spurting out can cause scalds.

  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

  • This appliance is intended for home indoor use such as:

  • kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;

  • the farmhouse;

  • hotels, motels and other living environments;

  • bed and breakfast type areas.

  • Warning: avoid spillage on the connector.

  • Clean the outside surface of the kettle with a soft damp cloth.

  • Warning: the surface of the heating element and kettle body remains hot after use due to residual heat.

BEFORE USING YOUR KETTLE

Fill the kettle with water to the maximum level mark (08 L). Boil the water twice to clean the kettle. Pour out the water, it should be discarded. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth.

USING YOUR KETTLE

  1. Remove the kettle from its power base and open the lid. Fill the kettle with the desired amount of water and close the lid.
    The water level should not exceed the MAX mark and must at least reach the MIN mark. The amount of water that does not reach the MIN mark will result in the kettle switching off before the water has boiled
    NOTE: Be careful not to exceed the maximurn water level mark of the appliance, as hot water spurting out can cause scalds. To extend the lifespan of the appliance make sure that the lid is properly closed to prevent the kettle from bolling dry.

  2. Place the kettle on the power base and plug in the power cable.

  3. The control panel lights on right after the kettle will be connected to power supply. Start boiling the water; the kettle will shut off automatically once the water has reached boiling temp.
    NOTE: Ensure that the switch is not obstructed and the cover is securely closed. The kettle will not shut if the switch is blocked or the cover is opened.

  4. Lift the kettle from the power base and pour the water.
    NOTE: Don’t open the lid while the water in the kettle is hot, it may cause scalds.

  5. When not in use, pour out the water, unplug the kettle from the outlet, andstore it on the power base.

HOW TO BOIL WATER:

  1. Place the kettle filled with water on the power base.
  2. Press the “Start/Cancel ” button to start boiling.

KEEP WARM SETTING

  1. Fill the kettle with the desired amount of water, close the lid and place it on the power base;
  2. Press the temperature control buttons “+” or ™” to adjust the required temperature. To complete the heat preservation setting of the specified temperature, short press the “Keep Warm” button once (keeps the selected temperature for up to 120 minutes).

Note:
Don’t drink or boil hot water from the tap
The LED temperature display shows the current water temperature (170, 180,195,205, 212 ) at all times.

BOIL-DRY PROTECTION

This kettle is equipped with boil-dry protection. The kettle shuts off automatically in case it is accidentally switched on with no water inside.
Allow the kettle to cool down before filling it with water again.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning

  1. Never immerse the kettle, its base, or power cord in the water or other liquids.
  2. Clean the outside surface of the kettle with a soft cloth. Never use toxic cleaner.
  3. To extend the lifespan of the appliance, clean the mineral sediment inside regularly.

CAUTION:
Never use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents, a steel wire, or chemical detergents to clean the inside or outside surface of the kettle.

DESCALING

Regular descaling will prolong the kettle lifespan. You can use a commercially available descale or white vinegar and follow the instructions on the descale package.

  1. Fill the kettle with 3 cups of edible white vinegar, add a sufficient amount of water to cover the bottom of the kettle completely, and let it soak for 1night.
  2. Pour out the vinegar from the kettle and clean the residual sediment thoroughly with a wet cloth.
  3. Fill the kettle with water, boil it, and pour it out.
  4. Empty the kettle and rinse it with clean water for 5 times.
  5. Repeat the procedure if there is still some sediment in the kettle.
  6. The kettle can be used normally again.
  7. The outside surface of the kettle can be wiped with a damp cloth.
