Important Safeguards
Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future use. If this
product is passed to a third party, then these instructions must be included.
CAUTION: Risk of injury!
The rotary blade is extremely sharp. Do not place fingers or hands beneath the
cutter head while using the product to avoid injury.
- For indoor use only.
- Do not let children or pets play with the product.
- Do not use this product if any parts are missing, damaged, or worn.
- Keep all loose items (clothing, jewelry, neckties, hair) away from the rotary blade to avoid injury.
- Do not use a sharp object to remove jammed debris from the product.
- Always use the product on a flat, tevel and firm surface.
- Remove paper clips and staples from paper before trimming.
- Do not carry the product by the cutter head or clamp pressure pad.
- This product is intended to trim paper and card stock up to A3 size.
- Clamp pressure pad marking: “Press DOWN HERE TO CLAMP PAPER.”
Before First Use
CAUTION: Risk of suffocation!
Keep any packaging materials away from children and pets – these materials are
a potential source of danger, e.g. suffocation.
- Remove all the packing materials.
- Remove and review all components before use.
- Check the product for transport damages.
- Carefully peel the protective film off the cutter head before use.
Use
- Slide paper under the clamp pressure pad (Fig. 1).
- Adjust the paper to the desired position on the measuring guide (Fig. 1).
- Press down on the clamp pressure pad to clamp the paper in place (Fig. 2).
- Press and slide the cutter head across the paper to cut through it (Fig 2).
Cleaning
- To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth, Be careful when cleaning around the blade.
- Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place away from children and pets.
Disposal
Dispose of the product according to local regulations. If in doubt, consult your local authorities.
