Product Usage Instructions

2.4G Mode

  1. Set the switch at the bottom of the mouse to “2.4G”.
  2. Take out the USB receiver from the bottom of the mouse and plug it into your computer.
  3. You can now use the mouse within a range of up to 33 feet using 2.4GHz wireless transmission.

Bluetooth Mode

  1. Set the switch at the bottom of the mouse to “BT”.
  2. Turn on the Bluetooth pairing button and wait for 3 seconds, then the mouse enters pairing state.
  3. Turn on the Bluetooth on your computer and select “BT5.2 Mouse” to connect.
  4. You can now use the mouse after a successful connection.

Please note that Bluetooth mode works with Windows, Android, and macOS systems. Make sure your operating system meets the requirements mentioned in the manual before using Bluetooth mode.

Solutions to Connection Failures
If you experience connection failures in 2.4G mode

  1. Set the switch at the bottom of the mouse to “2.4G”.
  2. Plug the USB receiver into the computer, and it will restart to work again.

If you experience abnormal connection in Bluetooth mode

  1. Delete the Bluetooth list on your computer.
  2. Set the switch at the bottom of the mouse to “BT”.
  3. Turn on the pairing button and wait for 3 seconds, then the mouse enters pairing state.
  4. Turn on the Bluetooth on your computer and select “BT5.2 Mouse” to connect.
  5. If the product is still unworkable after trying the above solutions, please repeat the steps for code pairing. If your problems persist, contact our customer service for help.

Questions and Answers

  • Q : Why can’t the mouse connect to your iPhone/iPad?
    • A : Please check if your iOS version is updated to iOS 13.1.2 or later. Our mouse is only compatible with iOS 13.1.2 or later versions.
  • Q: Why does Bluetooth get connected and then disconnected after a few minutes?
    • A : Possible reasons could be low battery (please charge the mouse) or computer hibernation (please set the power mode to ‘balance’ mode).
  • Q : Why is the cursor inaccurate or jumps around the screen? Why does the scroll wheel have a weird lag?
    • A : Possible reasons could be low battery (please charge the mouse) or using the mouse on an uneven surface. Please use a mousepad for better performance.
  • Q : When connected to a Mac, if it appears “no mouse found,” what should you do?
    • A : Follow the return operation steps: press the connect button of the mouse again, wait for the blue light to flash, click the mouse login in the Mac, you will find “BT5.2 Mouse” again, and click “continue” immediately.
  • Q : If I find the ‘BT5.2 Mouse’ but can’t connect, what should I do?
    • A : Please delete ‘BT5.2 Mouse’, turn off the mouse, turn it on again and click the button, wait for the blue light to flash, and reconnect ‘BT5.2 Mouse’.
  • Q : What should you do when the mouse suddenly doesn’t work?
    • A : Try reconnecting the USB receiver, turn off and turn on the mouse by switching the bottom button, and make sure it is charged.
  • Q : The first time the mouse is connected to the ‘tablet’ and works well. I want to use it on my ‘laptop,’ but the mouse doesn’t work anymore. Why?
    • A : If you want to connect it to the laptop, please delete the mouse’s Bluetooth ‘BT5.2 Mouse’ in the tablet and then reconnect it to the laptop.

  1. Set the switch at the bottom of the mouse to 2.4G

PRODUCT FEATURES

  1. Bluetooth Mouse with Dual Mode (BT 5.2 24GHz) The dual mode wireless mouse enables free switching between two devices with a simple switch with just one mouse. It can connect one device via Bluetooth and another via a 24GHz USB receiver. Please note that you can’t use Bluetooth mode and 24G mode at the same time.

SOLUTION TO CONNECTION FAILURES IN

G MODE

  1. Set the switch at the bottom of the mouse to 24G.
  2. Plug the USB receiver to the computer, it will restart to work again.

SOLUTIONS FOR ABNORMAL CONNECTION IN BT MODE

  1. Delete the Bluetooth list on your computer.
  2. Set the switch at the bottom of the mouse to BT.
  3. Turn on the pairing button wait for 3s, the mouse enters pairing.
  4. Turn on the Bluetooth on your computer. Select “BT5.2 Mouse” to connect, you can use the mouse after successful connection. If the product is still unworkable after above solutions, please repeat these steps for code pairing again. If your problems can’t get solved yet after that, please contact our customer service for help

  • Q :The first time the mouse is connected to the ‘tablet’ and work well. I want to use it on my ‘laptop’, but the mouse doesn’t work anymore (Why)
    • A: If you want to connect to the laptop, please delete the mouse’s Bluetooth “BT5.2 Mouse” in the tablet, and then reconnect.

NOTE

  1. Please charge the mouse with the computer interface for about 2 hours before the first time uses it Do not use the mobile phone charger or fast charger to charge the mouse
  2. It’s out of power if the mouse cursor moves slowly or stops moving. Please charge it in time.
  3. The green light beside the scroll wheel will be on while charging, and then goes off when the mouse is fully charged.
  4. When you do not use it for over 10 minute, the mouse will enter into sleeping mode, you can click the left and right buttons to wake it up
  5. When the mouse connect to your iPhone/iPad, the cursor acts like a finger, so the direction of the movement is opposite to what you’re used to on your computer. You can change the settings to make it work like a regular computer mouse. Here’s how: Go to Settings-Select General-Trackpad & Mouse(The option will only appear when the mouse is connected, please confirm that the mouse is Bluetooth-connected to your iPhone/iPad.)-Turn off the “Natural Scrolling”
