Operation
Safety
- Do not use needles to pierce the underblanket.

Power On

This thermal mattress protector is designed solely for heating beds.
Operation
Security
ATTENTION
- The thermal mattress protector is equipped with a SAFETY SYSTEM, whose sensors prevent overheating on the entire surface of the thermal mattress protector by automatically stopping in the event of a fault. When the SAFETY SYSTEM deactivates the heated underblanket, the temperature levels in the on operating state are no longer illuminated.
- In the event of a fault, it is no longer possible to use the thermal mattress protector for safety reasons. The product must be sent to the specified Customer Service address.
- Never connect a defective heated underblanket to another switch of the same type. This would result in a final shutdown by the safety system in the switch.
Commissioning
This thermal mattress protector must be attached to the mattress.
- Leave space for the pillow and place the thermal underblanket on the mattress with the quick coupling facing the pillow. The quick coupling is located on the underside of the thermal mattress cover.
- Stretch all the elastic bands on the corresponding corners of the mattress. The 4 corners of the thermal mattress cover are thus fixed to the mattress.
ATTENTION
Check the position of the thermal underblanket on the mattress regularly. The
thermal mattress protector must never be used curled up.
After attaching the thermal mattress protector to the mattress, arrange the sheet as usual so that the thermal mattress protector is between the mattress and the sheet.
ATTENTION
Make sure that the thermal mattress cover is well laid out and that, during
use, no curls or creases form.
- First connect the switch to the heating element by inserting the quick coupling.
- At this point insert the plug into the socket.
Switching on
- Set the on/off and temperature level controller to level 1, 2 or 3 to turn on the heated underblanket.
- Once turned on, the temperature levels are illuminated.
Setting the temperature
- Level 0: OFF
- Level 1: minimum heating
- Level 2: medium heating
- Level 3: maximum heating
USE:
- To ensure that the underblanket heats up as quickly as possible, first set the highest temperature level.
- We recommend turning on the heated mattress protector for approx. 30 minutes before going to sleep and cover it with the duvet to avoid heat loss.
WARNING
If the thermal underblanket is used for several hours, it is recommended to
set the lowest temperature level to avoid overheating.
Shutdown
To turn off the heated underblanket, set the on/off and temperature level
regulator to “0” (OFF). The temperature levels are no longer illuminated.
NOTE:
If you do not use the heated underblanket for a few days, set the on/off and
temperature level regulator to the “0” (OFF) position and remove the plug from
the socket. Then disconnect the quick coupling and then the thermal mattress
cover switch.
Cleaning and care
WARNING
Before cleaning, always remove the plug from the socket. Then disconnect the
quick coupling and then the thermal mattress cover switch. Otherwise, there is
a risk of electric shock.
ATTENTION
The switch must never come into contact with water or other liquids. It could
be damaged.
- To clean the switch, use a dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners or abrasive products.
- Small stains on the thermal mattress cover can be removed with a damp cloth and possibly with a liquid detergent for delicate items.
ATTENTION
The thermal underblanket cannot be dry cleaned, wrung out, tumble dried,
tugged or ironed.
- This thermal mattress protector can be washed in the washing machine.
- Set a particularly delicate wash program at 30 °C (wool programme). Use a detergent for delicate clothes and dose it according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
ATTENTION
The thermal mattress protector can be damaged by too frequent washing.
Throughout its life cycle, the thermal mattress protector should be washed a
maximum of 5 times in the washing machine.
- Immediately after washing, put the still damp thermal mattress protector back into shape, returning it to its original dimensions, and leave it to dry flat on a clothesline.
ATTENTION
- Do not use clothespins or similar to secure the thermal mattress protector to the clothesline, as the thermal mattress protector could be damaged.
- Reconnect the switch to the thermal mattress protector only when the quick coupling and the thermal mattress protector are completely dry. Otherwise, the heated underblanket could be damaged.
WARNING
Do not turn on the heated underblanket to dry it! Otherwise, there is a risk
of electric shock.
Conservation
If the thermal mattress protector is not used for long periods, we recommend storing it in the original packaging. To do this, disconnect the quick coupling and then the switch of the heated underblanket.
ATTENTION
- Allow the heated underblanket to cool before putting it away, as it could be damaged.
- When not in use, store the thermal mattress protector without placing any object on it to prevent it from being folded and crushed.
Disposal
For ecological reasons, the appliance must not be disposed of with normal waste when thrown away. Disposal must be carried out in appropriate collection centres. Dispose of the appliance in accordance with the European Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). For any clarifications, contact the municipal authorities responsible for disposal.
