experience. It consists of a pressure-sensitive stylus and a work area where
you can create your artwork or take notes.
Graphics Drawing Tablet Functions
Once the driver software is installed, the graphics drawing tablet offers
the following functions
Pointer Function
By moving the pressure-sensitive stylus within the work area of the tablet,
you can control the mouse cursor on your computer screen and move it to any
desired position.
Pressure Sensitivity
The pressure sensitivity feature allows the stylus to produce strokes of
varying thicknesses and intensities, depending on the pressure exerted. This
enables you to create detailed and expressive artwork.
Product Controls
Power Key
- Press and hold the Power key for 3 seconds to turn the tablet on or off.
- Press and hold the Power key for 8 seconds to reset the tablet.
- Short press the Power key 3 times in a row to initiate Bluetooth pairing.
Indicator Light
The indicator light on the tablet has the following status
- Flashing : Indicates low battery capacity.

Tablet Introduction
This product is a pressure sensitive Bluetooth Drawing Tablet, designed for a
vari-ety of applications, including drawing, signing, and computer control.
To optimize your Drawing Tablet experience, we strongly advise you to read
this instruction manual in detail before using the product. The user manual
contains display information for the Windows operating system only. Unless
otherwise specified, this information is also applicable to Mac OS.
Our goal is to continuously improve the quality of our products and the user
expe-rience. Please note that we reserve the right to change product
specifications without prior notice.
In summary
When using this product for drawing, the strokes will vary in thickness or
intensity depending on the pressure exerted by the pressure sensitive stylus
(the pressure sensitivity feature is referenced in section 1.2.2 below). By
using compatible draw-ing software, such as Painter or Photoshop, this product
allows you to simulate the effects of using watercolor brushes, calligraphy
brushes, markers, and oil painting brushes, offering a genuine drawing and
painting experience as if on paper or canvas.

With the driver software installed, the graphics drawing tablet will be

Pointer Function

Bluetooth mode user guide
- Press and hold the power key for 3 seconds to turn on the device.
- Press the power key 3 times in a row to enter Bluetooth pairing state (the indicator light will be quickly flashing green).
- Enter the Bluetooth connection interface on the computer/Android phone/tablet and search for the device name“Q8W”and complete the pairing. d .Run the driver, set the parameters and test the product performance (no driver is required for mobile phones/tablet products).

- Wired mode : Windows 7 or later, Mac OS X 10.12 or later, Chrome OS 88 or later, and Android 6.0 or later.

- Tips: Some Android smartphones/tablets may not be able to use Bluetooth connection for drawing due to hardware compatibility issues. If you encounter such issues, please switch to wired mode and contact customer service for further assistance.

- Visit the ugee official website (www.ugee.com) to download the Q8W driver.
- Before installation, please ensure all drawing and antivirus software are closed.
- Double-click to run the driver, follow the prompts and click “Next” until the installation is completed, then restart the computer.

- Please connect device : This indicates that the product is not connected (Figure 1).

- Work Area Settings
Setting up Multiple Monitors
- Select the work area to set the correspondence between the movement of the stylus on the drawing tablet and the cursor’s movement on the monitor screen.
- When using a single monitor :the entire work area of the drawing tablet is mapped to the full screen of the monitor by default.
- When using two or more monitors: the drawing tablet is mapped to each monitor screen in duplicate mode. In extended mode, you need to select the monitor screen which you wish the tablet to map to in the driver.
Setting up the work area
In the driver settings, you can change the workspace of the stylus by
selecting full tablet screen, scaling it to match the screen, or by entering a
specific input value.
- The device is set to be the maximum work area by default.
- We recommend you select the “screen proportion ” in the settings when connect-ing the device to a computer.
Rotating the work area
By clicking the settings button in the upper right corner, you can freely
change the placement of the drawing tablet, this is not limited to just left
or right. The work area can be rotated in four directions: up, down, left, or
right.
Setting and testing pen pressure sensitivity
Manually adjust the curve or move the slider on the progress bar to adjust
pressure sensitivity. Conduct a pressure test on the right concurrently to
achieve optimal pen pressure.

Enabling Windows Ink Feature
This feature is designed for drawing and office software that supports Windows
Ink, such as Microsoft Office, Windows Journal, Adobe Photoshop CC, SketchBook,
etc.
Enabling Mouse Mode
The mouse uses the absolute mode by default. Check it to use the relative mode
(you can adjust the cursor speed).
- Absolute mode (pen ): Map the device’s work area to the configured display area on the screen.
- Relative mode (mouse ): The operation method of this mode is the same as that of a normal mouse.
Importing and exporting configuration files
This driver supports exporting and importing your customized configuration data
for the product, saving you the trouble of having to repeatedly set up
preferences when using different software.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- Bluetooth mode not working on drawing tablet
- Check whether the drawing tablet has power.
- Check whether it is successfully connected.
- If there are no issues with the above steps, please try restarting and then recon-necting the device after forgetting the previously connected device from the Bluetooth connection interface (of the computer/mobile/tablet).
- Drawing tablet not automatically pairing over Bluetooth after being powered on If you switch between different external devices while using the drawing tablet, you will need to re-pair it. Method: Press the power key 3 times in a row to enter Bluetooth pairing state and re-pair.
- Cursor fluttering and jumping out of control when using the tablet When using the product, do not place it on a metal surface, or place items containing metal (including electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets and met-al-containing stationery such as steel rulers) in the work area, as these will cause interference resulting in errors of cursor fluttering and jumping out of control.
- No pressure sensitivity in drawing software
Please check if the software supports the pressure sensitivity feature. Some mobile apps may not have built-in pressure sensitivity features.
