Safety Instructions
- Please read these instructions before operating the appliance and retain for future use.
- The appliance is intended solely for domestic use within the home.
- Attention! avoid touching the blades when the device is operating.
- Warning : the blades of the blender shaft and the chopper are extremely sharp.
- Make sure the device is shut off and unplugged before changing the accessory or before touching parts with can rotate during use.
- Before plugging into a socket, check that the voltage in your home corresponds with the voltage printed on the bottom of the appliance.
- Never let the power cord of the appliance hang over the edge of a table or counter, touch hot surfaces or become knotted.
- Never place this appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner or where it could touch a heated oven or microwave oven. Do not allow this appliance to touch curtains, wall coverings, clothing, dishtowels or other flammable materials during use.
- Always use the appliance on a secure, dry, level surface.
- Never leave the appliance unattended when in use.
- Always return the appliance after a malfunction, or if it has been damaged in any manner to the Customer Service Department for examination, repair or adjustment as special purpose tools are required.
- If the mains connection cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similar qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- For your own safety, only use the accessories and spare parts from the manufacturer which are suitable for the appliance.
- Never unplug it from the socket by pulling the cable.
- Always ensure that your hands are dry before handling the plug, switch or power cord.
- This appliance shall not be used by children from 0 to 8 years. This appliance can be used by children over the age of 8 and above if they are continuously supervised.
- This appliance can be used by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience or knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
- Cleaning and maintenance shall not be made by children.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Unplug the appliance as soon as you have finished using it and when you are cleaning it.
- Never immerse any part of the main body, or power cord and plug into water or any other liquid to protect yourself against electrical hazards.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas, in shops, offices, and other working environments;
- by clients in hotels, motels, and other residential type environments;
- Bed and Breakfast type environments
- farmhouses.
- When the appliance is used for other purposes than intended or is when it is not handled in accordance with the instruction manual, the full responsibility for any consequences will rest with the user. Any damages to the product or other things are not covered by the warranty.
- Should you decide not to use the appliance anymore, make it inoperative by cutting the power cord after removing the plug from the socket. We also recommend making all potentially dangerous parts of the appliance harmless, particularly for children who might be tempted to play with them.
- Legislation requires that all electrical and electronic equipment must be collected for reuse and recycling. Electrical and electronic equipment marked with the symbol indicating a separate collection of such equipment must be returned to a municipal waste collection point.

Before first use
Before using the appliance for the first time, please do as follows: carefully unpack the appliance and all the accessories and remove all the packaging material.
Warming:
The blades of the blender shaft and the chopper are extremely sharp. Keep the
material (plastic bags and cardboard) out of reach of children. Check the
appliance after unpacking for any damage, possibly from transportation.
Rinse all the accessories with warm soapy water and dry them thoroughly:
- blender shaft
- whisk
- measuring cup with an anti-slip base
- chopper with anti-slip base
- lid for chopper
- knife
Wipe the motor part and the connector with a damp cloth. Do not use any abrasive detergents. These can damage the housing. Always roll out the cord completely. Make sure that all the parts are dry before you use the appliance.
Using the stick mixer
Warning: the blades of the blender shaft are extremely sharp.
- Take the motor part and the blender shaft. Attach the blender shaft to the motor part by turning the blender shaft clockwise. To loosen it, turn the blender shaft the other way.
- Check whether the speed control is set on the lowest speed – to the right.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Lower the stick mixer into the food.
- Press the TURBO button for maximum speed or press the ON button to use the speed setting you can set on top of the motor part.
- As soon as you release the button (on or turbo), the stick mixer will stop.
- When you have finished mixing or blending and released the button, wait until the knives have stopped turning, before approaching the blender shaft with your hands.
The SPEED CONTROL is adjustable. By sliding the knob from right to left, the speed increases.
- lowest speed = knob to the right
- fastest speed = knob to the left
The TURBO button can also be used for instant power pulses without having to set the speed.
Attention:
Do not activate the stick mixer constantly, this can cause engine problems. Do
not use the stick mixer for more than one minute continuously, wait until the
engine is cooled down in three minutes before operating it again. Blend larger
quantities in multiple sessions. The stick mixer can’t exceed a running time
of 15 seconds without a load.
Always unplug the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, and cleaning. You can use the stick mixer in the measuring cup and also in another bowl. When blending directly in a saucepan while cooking, take the pan from the stove first to protect the appliance from overheating. The anti-slip base is also an airtight lid for the measuring cup.
Using the whisk
Use the whisk for example for making whipped cream or beating egg whites.
- Take the motor part, the connector and the whisk.
- Attach the connector to the whisk.
- Attach the whisk to the motor part by turning the connector clockwise.
- Check whether the speed control is set on the lowest speed – to the right. You will get the best result.
- Plug in the appliance.
- Place the ingredients in the measuring cup. Make sure the measuring cup is not too full.
- Place the whisk in the measuring cup.
- Press the ON button to use the speed setting you have set on top of the motor part.
- As soon as you release the button (on or turbo), the whisk will stop.
Always unplug the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended before assembling, disassembling, and cleaning. To remove the whisk after use, turn it anti-clockwise from the motor part and pull the whisk from the connector.
Using the chopper
Warning:
The blades of the chopper are extremely sharp. Be careful while assembling,
emptying the chopper bowl, and cleaning.
The chopper is suited for chopping meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots, nuts, etc.
Attention: do not chop any hard ingredients such as ice cubes.

Place the chopper bowl on a flat surface.

Place the knife on the axle in the center of the bowl. Pay attention – the knives are extremely sharp.

Place the ingredients in the bowl.

Place the lid.

Take the motor part and attach it by turning it clockwise onto the lid of the chopper.

Check whether the speed control is set on the lowest speed – to the right.

Plug in the appliance.

Press the TURBO button for maximum speed or press the ON button to use the speed setting you can set on top of the motor part.

During processing, hold the motor part with one hand and the chopper bowl with the other hand.
Attention: do not activate the chopper constantly, this can cause engine problems. Do not use the chopper for more than one minute continuously, wait two minutes before you operate it again. -
As soon as you release the button (on or turbo), the chopper will stop. Wait until the knife stops rotating before you take the lid off.
The TURBO button can also be used for instant power pulses without having to set the speed. Always unplug the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, and cleaning. To remove the motor part after use, turn it anti-clockwise from the lid.
The anti-slip base is also an airtight lid for the chopper.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Always unplug the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling and during cleaning.
Disassemble the motor part from the accessory.
- Wipe the motor part and the connector with a damp cloth.
- Rinse the lid of the chopper and the blender shaft with water.
- Do not use any abrasive or strong detergents. These can damage the housing.
- Never place the motor part, the power cable or the plug in water or any other liquid.
- These accessories may be washed in the dishwasher:
- measuring cup with anti-slip base/lid
- whisk
- chopper with anti-slip base/lid
- knife
Be careful when cleaning the accessories by hand. The knives of the blender shaft and the chopper are extremely sharp.
Mounting
The stick mixer is supplied with a wall bracket.
- Drill two holes in the wall according to the measurements in the picture.
- Push the two enclosed plugs in the holes.
- Mount the wall bracket with the enclosed screws.
- Place the stick mixer on the wall bracket.
General terms and conditions of service and warranty
We do not need to remind you of the importance of service. After all, we develop our products to a standard so that you can enjoy them for many years, without any concerns. If nevertheless, there is a problem, we believe you are entitled to a solution straight away. Hence our products come with an exchange service, on top of the rights and claims you are entitled to by law. By exchanging a product or part, we save you time, effort, and costs.
2-year full manufacturer’s warranty
- Customers enjoy a 2-year full manufacturer’s warranty on all Inventum products. Within this period, a faulty product or part will always be exchanged for a new model, free of charge. In order to claim under the 2-year full manufacturer’s warranty, you can either return the product to the shop you bought it from or contact the Inventum customer service department via the form at www.inventum.eu/service-aanvraag.
- The 2-year warranty period starts from the date the product is bought.
- In order to claim under the warranty, you must produce a copy of the original receipt.
- The warranty applies only to normal domestic use of Inventum products within the Netherlands.
Breakdowns or faults outside the warranty period
- Breakdowns or faults in small or large domestic appliances outside the warranty period can be reported to the customer services department via the form at www.inventum.eu/service-aanvraag or by calling the customer services department.
- The customer services department may ask you to send the product for inspection or repair. The costs of dispatch will be at your expense.
- The inspection to establish whether the repair is possible involves a charge. You need to grant your permission for this, in advance.
- In the event of a large domestic appliance, Inventum, at your request, can send out a service engineer. In that case, you will be charged the call-out costs, as well as parts and labor.
- In the event of an instruction to repair, the repair costs must be paid in advance. In the event of a repair by a service engineer, the costs of the repair must be settled with the engineer onsite, preferably by means of PIN payment.
Warranty exclusions
- The following is excluded from the aforesaid warranties:
- normal wear and tear;
- improper use or misuse;
- insufficient maintenance;
- failure to comply with the operating and maintenance instructions;
- unprofessional installation or repairs by third parties or the customer himself;
- non-original parts used by the customer;
- use for commercial or business purposes;
- removal of the serial number and/or rating label.
- In addition, the warranty does not apply to normal consumer goods, such as:
- dough hooks, baking tins, (carbon) filters, etc.;
- batteries, bulbs, carbon filters, fat filters etc.;
- external connection cables;
- glass accessories and glass parts such as oven doors;
- and similar items.
- Transport damage not caused by Inventum is also excluded. Therefore, inspect your new device before starting to use it. If you detect any damage, you must report this to the store where you purchased the product within 5 working days, or to the Inventum customer service department via the form at www.inventum.eu/service-aanvraag. If transport damage is not reported within this period, Inventum does not accept any liability in this respect.
- The following are excluded from warranty and/or replacement: faults, loss of, and damage to the device as a result of an event that is normally insured under the home contents insurance.
Important to know
- The replacement or repair of a faulty product, or a part thereof, does not lead to an extension of the original warranty period.
- If a complaint is unfounded, all costs arising from it will be at the customer’s expense.
- Following the expiry of the warranty period, all costs of repair or replacement, including administration costs, dispatch, and call-out charges, will be charged to the customer.
- Inventum cannot be held liable for damage caused by external events unless this liability arises from mandatory statutory provisions.
- These warranty and service provisions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be settled exclusively by the competent Dutch court.
