1. What should I typically know?
- For apple users, this model supports macOS system, yet NOT supports iPadOS and iPhone OS systems.
- Some input devices may block data transmission, kindly check its specification from its official source
- Flickering or constant rebooting is usually caused by insufficient power. Please provide external power supply via the USB-A to USB-C cable and the wall plug for your monitor when the connected device cannot provide sufficient power supply for it.
- Don’t mix up the OTG connection with the other 2 USB-C connections at your first use. The USB-C are the one for display. The OTG is for mouse and keyboard connection.
2. What should I know about the touch function?
- The touch requires faster transfer speed to support the use of it. Typically, it requires 10 Gbps transfer speed from your input devices. And you can check this to see if your input devices provide Full-functioned USBC/thunderbolt(10Gbps transfer speed).
- The above indicates that using HDMI ,USB-C 2.0 or USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 connection only can provide video,audio transmission (i.e. the display) yet not support the touch.
Troubleshooting after your devices meet the criteria:
- Loose USB-C to USB-C connection may provide the display yet NOT the touch, ensure the USB-C cable’s connector is fully plugged into the monitor. (Usually you will hear a “click” sound).
- In extend mode, ensure the cursor moves into the portable monitor interface for the touch.
- For Windows 11, 10 and 7 users, in extend mode, it’s possible that your laptop fails to recognize the touchscreen automatically, the gestures may appear on the laptop screen rather than the monitor screen, use the Tablet Mode Setting to reset and help your device recognize the touch screen.
3. What kind of touchscreen you use on the monitor? Can I use stylus pen
on the screen?

respond instantly when lightly touched by a human finger.
Yes, you can use stylus pens on Capacitive screens. There are some styluses that are designed to work with capacitive touch screens, known as Capacitive Styluses, that are made of conductive material to imitate human fingers touch.
It’s precise and accurate. Ensure you choose the correct stylus.
4. Can I have the basic compatibility reference for different kinds of
devices?
