Product Usage Instructions

1. Driver Installation for Windows:
   • Insert the USB disk that came with the package.
   • Open the Windows driver folder from the USB disk to install the driver.
   • Make sure the label printer is connected to your computer with the USB cable and turned ON.
   • Double-click the driver files.
   • A setup language window will appear, click OK to proceed.
   • Click Install and wait for the driver to install automatically.
   • Once the driver installation is complete, click Finish to close the page.
   • To manage the installed printer, go to the Start menu, then navigate to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
   • Find LV-1200 in the list of printers and click Manage.
   • Select Printer properties and configure the necessary settings.
   • To set the default printer, find the LV-1200 printer and set it as the default.
   • To set up printer properties, click Preferences in the General page of Printer properties.
   • In the Preferences page, click Page Setup to select the default printing size for paper.
   • If no suitable paper size is available, click New to create a custom paper size.
   • Save the custom paper size by clicking OK after entering the width, height, and a recognizable name.
2. Driver Installation for Mac OS:
   • Insert the USB disk that came with the package.
   • Open the Mac driver folder from the USB disk to install the driver.
   • Make sure the label printer is connected to your computer with the USB cable and turned ON.
   • Double-click the driver files for installation.
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the installation.
   • If prompted, grant access to necessary system preferences during the installation process.

Driver Installation for Windows

• Insert the USB disk that came with the package, and open the “Windows driver” folder to install the driver >>> Note : Make sure the label printer is connected to your computer with the USB cable and turn ON ((I=ON) before installation.
• Then, Double click the files of the driver >>>
• It will show on the right, Please click “OK” to set Language >>>
• Click Install, and wait for the driver to install automatically.>>>
• The driver has been successfully installed, please click Finish to close the page.>>>
• Click “Manage”, It will show on the right, Select “Printer properties” >>>
• Then, it will show on the right >>>
  • Please click “Print Test Page” using the 4×6 labels that are included in the package >>>
  • If the test page is printed normally >>>
  • It means the printer and the driver were installed correctly.
  • NOTE : Find the LV-1200 printer and set it as the default printer, Convenient for future use >>>

How to Setup Printer Properties?

• Click “Preferences…” still on the above “General” page >>>

• And please click the “Page Setup” on the Preferences page >>>

• On this page, you can select the size of the paper as your default printing size under the “Name” drop-down box >>> (the original default is 4 x 6 inches)

• If no suitable paper size to match your label size, you need to create a corresponding paper size before printing the label.

• Firstly, please click “New” to edit it >>> Then, click “OK” to save it after entering the specific data you wanted in the “Width” and “Height” boxes and typing a recognizable “Name” >>>
  Note:
  

  • The Printing Width (Label Size Width): Min. 38mm ~ Max. 112mm (1.49~ 4.4 inches);
  • The Printing Length (Label Size Height): Min. 30mm ~ Max. 250mm (1.18″~ 9.84 inches).

• OK, the 100mm*150mm paper size was added to the Setup >>>

Driver Installation for Mac OS

• Insert the USB disk that came with the package, and open the “Mac driver” folder to install the driver >>> Note : Make sure the label printer is connected to your computer with the USB cable and turn ON ((I=ON) before installation.
• Then, Double click the files of the driver for installation >>>
• And it may show the page on the right, please don’t worry. You just need to open the access along the lines of steps >>>.
• Select “System Preferences” and open it >>>
• Click the “Security&Privacy” >>>
• Click the “Open Anyway”, then you can continue to install the drive >>>
• Click Open to Continue >>>
• Click it to continue and Click on Install
• Click “Install Software” and “Install” after entering your Username and Password >>>
• Finally, it shows the driver is installed successfully, click “Close” to finish the installation >>>
  • At this moment, the driver has been installed. In addition, you still need to add the printer to your Mac
• Firstly, select “System Preferences” and open it will show on the right, Select “Printers&Scanners” and open it >>>
• Please turn ON the label printer so that your computer can recognize it. If LV-1200 does not show up on your Mac after its installation, please re-connect the USB cable to your Mac.
• Then you can find LV-1200
• The driver has been installed successfully
