- XECH Jetstream is a compact and lightweight garment steamer iron that is designed for travel.
- It features a foldable design, & a powerful heating element that allows instant steam generation, and even heat distribution & continuous steam flow for efficient ironing.
- Jetsteam’s humanised form factor allows easy manoeuvrability for vertical ironing across various fabrics, including cotton, wool & denim.

OPERATING GUIDE
FILLING THE WATER TANK
- Turn the water tank anti-clockwise to detach the water tank.
- Fill the water tank through the inlet.
- Attach the water tank back on and lock it in.
USING THE IRON
- To power, the XECH Jetstream, plug it into a convenient power socket & press the power button. To turn off the iron, press the power button again & unplug it from the power outlet.
- To use/stop the steam function, simply press the steam on/off button.
- It is recommended to drain the excess water before storing the iron. To use/stop the team function, simply press.
CONTINUOUS STEAM FEATURE
- XECH Jetstream offers a continuous steam feature for efficient and consistent steam flow during ironing.
- Fill the water tank and lock it in. Plug the iron in & press the power button located on the iron. In a few seconds, you will start seeing steam coming out from the steam outlet. To turn it off, press the power button again.
VERTICAL STEAM IRONING
- The vertical steam ironing feature works best for delicate & lightweight garments.
- Hold the iron in a vertical position & press the power button to activate the steam flow.
- Lighter garments which do not have a natural fall are slightly difficult to iron efficiently. For these garments, gently pull the garment a little bit & steam it before ironing.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read and adhere to the safety instructions provided in this manual to prevent
accidents, electric shock, or damage to the iron.
- Proper Handling and Usage
- Use the travel steam iron according to the instructions
- For a better product experience, please drain out excess water from the water tank after using it. If the water is stored for a long time, it will go bad an d provide an environment for bacteria to grow. It is recommended to let the steam flow for about 30 seconds after you finish ironing to empty the water inside the heating element and then drain the water inside the water tank.
- The iron is suitable to be used with tap water. However, if you live in an area with hard water, we recommend that you mix an equal amount of tap water with distilled or demineralised water. This will prevent fast-scale build-up and prolong the lifetime of th e iron.
- Store the iron in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight to prevent discolouration.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
- The iron is not heating up.
PROBABLE CAUSE
- The iron is not plugged in properly or the switch is not on.
SOLUTION
- Check if the iron is plugged in properly and if the switch is on.
PROBLEM
- The iron is not producing steam.
PROBABLE CAUSE
- The iron is not plugged in properly or the switch is not on.
- The iron has not heated sufficiently.
- The steam on/off button is not on.
- The water level in the water tank is too low or it has all been used up.
SOLUTION
- Check if the mains plug is inserted properly and if its wall socket is working.
- Check if the iron is switched on.
- Let the iron heat up ≈20 seconds.
- Press the steam on/off button.
- Unplug the iron and refill the water tank.
- Use the iron vertically, wait for a few seconds for the steam to be released.
PROBLEM
- Water droplets drop from the iron steamer head.
PROBABLE CAUSE
- The iron has not been fully heated up.
SOLUTION
- To allow the iron to fully heat up by waiting for a few seconds.
PROBLEM
- The iron produces a pumping sound / the handle vibrates.
PROBABLE CAUSE
- Water is pumped to the steamer head to be converted into steam.
- The water level in the water tank is too low or it has all been used up.
SOLUTION
- This is normal.
- Unplug the iron and refill the water tank.
PROBLEM
- Leakage from the water tank.
PROBABLE CAUSE
- The cover of the water inlet is open.
SOLUTION
- Properly seal the water inlet cover.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read and adhere to the safety instructions provided in this manual to prevent accidents, electric shock, or damage to the iron.
- This iron is intended for household use only.
- Only connect the iron to an earthed wall socket.
- Check the main cord regularly for possible damage.
- Fully unwind the mains cord before you plug it into the wall socket.
- DO NOT immerse the iron in water or any other liquid, nor rinse it under a tap.
- Do not use the iron if the plug, mains cord or the iron itself shows visible damage, or if the iron has been dropped or leaks.
- The iron must not be left unattended while it is connected to the supply mains.
- This iron can be used by children aged from 12 years or above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the iron in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the iron.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children without supervision.
- Keep the iron and its cord out of reach of children less than 12 years of age when the iron is switched on or cooling down.
- Do not let the mains cord come into contact with the hot steamer head.
- Steam may damage or cause discolouration of certain walls, door finishes or furniture.
- Care should be taken when using the iron due to the emission of steam.
- Your iron gives off steam which can cause burns.
- Handle your steamer carefully. Never direct the steam towards any person or animal.
- Do not use your bare hand as a supporting surface when you steam. Pull the sides of the garment to stretch it.
- Do not add perfumed water, water from the tumble dryer, vinegar, starch, descaling agents, ironing aids, chemically descaled water or other chemicals, as they may cause water leakage, or cause the water tank to deform, brown staining or damage to your iron.
- Unplug the iron during filling and cleaning.
- When you have finished steaming, clean the iron, fill or empty the water tank, perform cleaning and rinsing, attach or detach the brush attachment, or leave the iron even for a short while, switch off the iron and remove the mains plug from the wall socket.
CLEANING & STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Please clean the massager with a clean dry cloth.
- Ensure that the device is turned off before cleaning the pads/display panel.
- Do not disassemble the device.
- Please store the massager in a clean dry space. Do not be exposed to extreme heat or cold. The ideal environment to store is 5°C to 40° C at ≤80% humidity.
- Store away from direct sunlight or corrosive gases.

WARRANTY
XECH warrants that the product will be free from any manufacturing defects & takes responsibility in case the device fails to function for one-year year from the date of the original invoice. The warranty period validity is also subject to the following conditions:
- The customer has to register the warranty for the product on https://xech.com/pages/warranty within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- The product is not given to some external repair personnel.
- It is only valid in the Indian Subcontinent.
- If the device is not immersed in water. It also does not cover natural wear & tear or rough usage.
