- A: NO. PLEASE DON’T DO THAT.

- Q: Electric clippers are noisy after installing guard combs.
- A: It’s not securely installed. Please pinch the right and left ends of the guard combs and press firmly in turn until you hear “tick”’ tack” sounds, then it is firmly installed.
- Q: Is the vacuum cleaner hose energized?
- A: NO. There is no wire inside the hose, those spiral iron wires are not electrified coils, they just serve to support the hose to prevent compression and deformation due to too strong suction.

- A: The motor will heat up slightly after working for a long time, resulting in warm air blowing even without an open gear. However, please rest assured that IKIMI’s motor has an overheating protection mechanism at 80°F. When the overheating protection mechanism is activated, the power will be cut off automatically, and after the temperature drops, it can be used normally again. If you need cold air, you can take it farther away to blow.

- A: ≥ 98%. Level of filter: H11.
- Q: How often should I clean the filters?
- A: The filter can be reused after cleaning, according to the frequency of 2-4 times a month, half a year cleaning, with 1-2 years is basically no problem, if you really feel more worried, 1 year change is also no problem.
- Q: Can dust get into the motor?
