Download & connect with APP
To get detailed records of your day to day activities and health status, you can download HaWoFit App. You can connect your smartwatch and device with simple steps. Connect with the HaWoFit App and enjoy the features.
Check out the following steps to download and install HaWoFit App to begin your fitness journey:
- Scroll down on watch face
- Click “Settings–QR code”
- Use your device to scan QR code to download & install “HaWoFit” App
- Alternatively, you can download and install “HaWoFit” App from Play Store for android device and App Store for iOS device.
Open “HaWoFit” App, select “Add Device” on the device page, and follow the
instructions written below on the screen.

Call with Bluetooth feature
Android Devices
Once the watch is connected to “HaW0Fit’1 App correctly:
- Connect device through bluetooth to the smartwatch
- Pop-up reminder will appear as “PAIR”
- Choose to pair with “beatXP UNBOUND+”
- Your device is now successfully connected
iOS Devices
Once the watch is connected to “HaWoFit” App correctly:
- Go to settings page of your device
- Select and connect with “beatXP UNBOUND+”
- Click to pair
- Bluetooth call feature can be used once paired successfully
Tips to Boost the Performance:
- Please upgrade the “HaWoFit” App to the latest version to get a better experience.
- Recommended device system:
- for Android 5.0 or above
- for iOS 9.0 or above
Operating Instructions
Quick Access Buttons
- Press the crown button: to enter “Main Menu”
- Rotate the crown button: to view different watch faces
- Long press the crown button: to “turn off” the watch
- Press the down button: enter sports modes/workout mode
Product Features
- Sports modes: There are multiple sports modes in your beatXP UNBOUND smartwatch, you can select the desired sports mode.
- Password: You can set password from the “HaWoFit” App.
After setting the password, click “Password Lock” in the device menu to turn on this function. After turn ing it on, you need to enter the password to unlock the watch.

Charging
- Attach the charging cable to the watch charging port, ensure the metal pins are fully connected
- Please use the correct charging adapters which are SV or O.SA and above
Note: If the smart watch can not be powered on after being charged for a long time, please clean up the charging metal pins and make sure that it is getting charged.
Warranty
- One year replacement warranty on a manufacturing defects
Following reasons will discontinue the warranty:
- Personal assemble or disassemble.
- Got damaged by falling.
- Users caused damage or due to the third party’s fault, improper use (such as: water in the smart watch, external force shattering, scratch during use etc.
- Please submit your details using warranty card to initiate the warranty period of beatXP UNBOUND+.
- Please contact beatXP customer support team for warranty claim.
