FAQ
Q1: What if my charging pad isn’t charging my phone, or charging my devices
slowly?
Note: Wireless charging, confined by the current wireless technology, is
generally believed to be slower than the wired charging.
- Make sure your device is compatible with Qi wireless charging.
- Ensure you adopt a PD/QC/AFC-enabled adapter to support the 7.5W/10W/15W fast charging.
- Make sure your phone is placed on the center of the charger.
- Double check there is nothing like metal plate of a car mount, credit cards, keys, coins, or NFC cards, obscuring the connection between your device and the charging area.
- Try removing your phones protective case.
Q2: Do I need to remove the phone case before charging?
The case made of metal or thicker than 1.5 mm will interfere with wireless
charging, please remove it before charging.
Q3: My phone seems to heat up while charging. Is my device normal?
The devices and charger may naturally become hot while wireless charging, but
won’t be overheated. This does not affect the devices lifespan or performance
and is in the device’s normal range of operation.
