KTC M27T20 Firmware Upgrade Tutorial
Instruction
Machines whose firmware version number starts with 3(example:3.0.1)
Risk warning: Upgrading the firmware may cause color deviation and abnormal
display.
KTC official does Notre< commendation<1 upgrade by your se11.
But we still provide firmware upgrade package and correct upgrade tutorial.
Notice:
- Please check first to make sure the version can be upgraded;
- Do not cut oft the power during the upgrade process;
- The data in the factory menu are display parameters, please do not modify, otherwise it will affect the display effect of the display
- The U disk format is recommended to use FAT32.
The firmware installation package can be downloaded from the KTC official website.

Open the OSD menu, check the firmware version number in the lower right corner,
Only machines whose firmware version number starts with “3” can be upgraded, to confirm whether the upgrade conditions are met;

Rename the firmware upgrade fi le to MERGE.bin and put it in the root directory of the u disk; (name must be MERGE.bin).

Insert the U disk into the USB socket near the power interface;

Turn on the monitor to open the OSD menu:
System settings-USS upgrade-right click to Confirm.

Upgrading” appears in the middle of the monitor screer;iwait for the upgrade to complete
This process takes about 2-3 minutes, please do not cut off the power during this period;
(There is a small probability that you will not enter the upgrade program after confirmation, you can repeat the third step). -
After the upgrade is complete, wait for the monitor to display the screen
Need to unplug the power and then power on again. -
After the monitor displays the picture normally, press the middle button of the remote sensor to call out the factory.
menu; select Reset with the joystick up, and right click to confirm.
