Spraying Systems 23240 TankJet Tank Cleaning Nozzle
INSTALLATION
Specifications:
Application:
Cleaning the inside of containers such as drums, barrels and tanks
Features:
The nozzles will fit through the 1 1/32” (260mm) diameter hole. Two flat spray
orifices are position to produce the self-rotating force and provide side
sprays. In model 23240-3 a top orifice is added resulting in a full spherical
spray coverage
Temperature:
Maximum operating temperature is 350° F (177° C)
Pressure:
Maximum operating pressure is 200 PSI (13.8 BAR)

316 Stainless Steel

Installation:
- The 23240 nozzles can be installed in any orientation
- Use PTFE on tape when installing the 23240
- Screw the nozzle onto a 3/4” NPT pipe to 150 in/lbs.
Precautions:
- Be cautious of any sharp threads
- Do not operate the nozzle outside of container
- Do not attempt to touch the nozzle while rotating
- Handle all chemicals according to the corresponding MSDS
