How to Use the Products
- Charge the phone: Connect the charging head to the wireless charging input Type-C port, the wireless charging indicator blue light is on for 3 seconds. The wireless charger enters standby state, put the phone in the wireless charging area, the indicator light is blue and always on, indicating that the phone is charging normally. The phone is full, the blue light is off, if the phone is charging abnormally, the blue light flashes rapidly.
- Watch charging: Please put the watch module up and place the watch in the wireless charging area of the watch to align with the magnet, you can see the charging indication of the watch display light up. The charging indication on the watch display lights up, indicating that the watch is charging normally.
Warm Tips
Please pay attention to the following issues, otherwise it may cause irregular charging, high charging temperature, intermittent charging, or even no charging.
- Not compatible for devices other than Apple, such as Samsung.
- Please place your phone/watch/ in the correct charging area.
- The charging distance is 2-8 mm, please do not wear a protective cover thicker than 3 mm.
- No metal or magnetic objects in the center 6 cm of the back of the phone during charging.
- The lower the temperature, the faster the charging speed.
- Charging speed is faster in winter than in summer.
- Please do not charge in a hot and humid environment to avoid damaging the circuit.
- Please put it out of reach of children to avoid unnecessary accidents.
- Make sure to use the original charging cable and adapter.
