Special Notice

1. PROZOR Bluetooth DAC supports digital PCM or LPCM audio format. Please kindly set your digital audio device such as HD TV, TV BOX, or game console into PCM or LPCM audio before using. NOT support DTS Dolby AC3. PCM Setting Path: Device homepage → system setting → image and sound → voice setting → digital audio output → PCM/LPCM.
2. If you are connecting to Samsung or LG TV, please follow the steps below to set it up:
   • Samsung TV settings path
   1. PCM format: Settings → Sound → Expert Settings → Audio Format → PCM
   2. Exteral speakers: Settings → Sound → Select Speaker → Optical
   • LG TV setting path
   1. PCM setting path: Menu → All Settings → Sound Out → Optical → Digital Sound Out → PCM
   2. If you need to synchronize the output of the TV speakers and fiber: Menu → All Settings → Sound Out → Optical → Internal TV Speaker + Optical
3. The TV connects our products to the sound system through the optical fiber interface, and the volume button on the remote control cannot be directly used to adjust the output volume of PROZOR Bluetooth DAC.
4. Power charging: USB Power Cable – separable 5V 1A Standard Plug – wall socket. Do Not Power Converter by plugging in USB cable into your TV directly (unstable power supply may cause buzzing noise).
5. If the volume (from PROZOR Bluetooth DAC output) is not loud enough, please connect the output of DAC with low-impedance cellphone headset, headphone amplifier, or power amplifier.
6. If it does not compatible with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, please go to TV audio settings and change the digital audio output from “auto” to “PCM”.

Indicator Status Description

1. Red indicator long bight, Power supply is normal, Bluetooth mode is preparing.
2. Quickly blue indicator flashes, Bluetooth is connecting. 3. Slowly blue indicator flashes, Bluetooth connection is successful.

Digital to Analog Audio Converter Connection

1. Use the optical cable or coaxial cable to connect HDTV and other playback devices to the optical or coaxial interface of PROZOR Bluetooth DAC. (Please kindly set your HDTV into PCM or LPCM.)
2. Use the RCA cable or 3.5mm audio cable to connect PROZOR Bluetooth DAC to the audio amplifier or headphones.
3. Use the USB cable to connect the power interface of PROZOR Bluetooth DAC converter to the official standard DC 5V/1A power supply.
   Prompt: Be sure to turn the volume down to a minimum by turning the adjusting knob to avoid hearing damage!

Bluetooth Receiver Connection

1. PROZOR Bluetooth DAC was connect the power supply, the product automatically enter Bluetooth mode.
2. By enable the Bluetooth feature, open your mobile phone Bluetooth, and pair this new device when you initial connect it.
3. Select your audio converter devices “PROZOR RX5.0” from the device list. Once connected, the Bluetooth signal LED indicator will flashing slowly.
   Special Note:
   When using optical or coaxial as the input source, you need to disconnect the Bluetooth connection between the mobile phone and the PROZOR Bluetooth DAC converter.

FAQ:

• No sound?

1. If there is no sound when using optical or coaxial as the input source, please check if the mobile phone is disconnected from the PROZOR Bluetooth receiver.
2. Please kindly set your digital audio device such as HD TV, TV BOX, or game console into PCM or LPCM audio before using. NOT support DTS Dolby AC3.  

PCM Setting Path: Device homepage → system setting → image and sound → voice setting → digital audio output → PCM/LPCM.

• Noise?

1. Replace the RCA or 3.5mm audio cable with a shielded cable.
2. Check if the RCA or 3.5mm audio cable is fully connected.
3. The volume is too loud and there is a noise (distortion) phenomenon.
4. The mobile device is too far away from the PROZOR Bluetooth DAC or there are too many obstacles between the mobile device and the converter.

• Broken voice?

1. Check whether the optical cable let out the red light normally after it is connected to the input device (such as HDTV), and whether the optical cable connector is connected to the optical socket normally.
2. Try replacing a optical cable to connect.

• Can’t directly use the volume button of the TV remote control to adjust the output volume of PROZOR Bluetooth DAC?
  The TV is connected to the sound system through the optical fiber interface, so the volume button on the remote control cannot be directly used to adjust the output volume of the TV optical. (If the TV supports it) The TV optical output volume can be adjusted on the Settings of the TV system.
  For example, one of SONY’s TV setting models is: Settings → sound Settings → advanced Settings → all → digital audio output volume.
