Note

Pairing Your Earbuds

First-time Pairing with Device
Step 1. Remove the insulating film on both earbuds.
Step2. Put both earbuds back into the charging case and close the charging case.
Step 3. Open the charging case and the earbuds will automatically Insulating film power on and go into pairing mode.
Step 4. Activate Bluetooth on your Bluetooth-enabled device and search for other Bluetooth devices.
step 5. Select “EarFun Air” from the list of Bluetooth devices shown. (if a password is requested, type ‘0000’.)

Notes

  • The earbuds will automatically connect with the previously paired device when the case opens.
  • Each earbud can be used independently.

Connect to a New Device

Step 1. Put both earbuds back into the charging case and make sure they are being charged. Keep the lid open – then press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds until the LED indicators on the earbuds start flashing blue rapidly.
Step 2. Search on the new device and connect.

Note
If the earbuds are not connected to any device, they will automatically power off after 10 minutes to save the battery life.

Game Mode

Note

  • Turning on the game mode can drop latency to as low as 100ms and improve the gaming and video experience, but it will shorten the connection distance.
  • We suggest you turn off the game mode when you use the earbuds for music.
  • The normal mode provides a latency of about 200ms.
  • Bluetooth technology can’t eliminate latency.

Earbuds LED Indicator

  • Power on Blue indicator flashes for 1s
  • Power off  Red indicator flashes for 1s
  • Pairing mode  Indicator flashes in blue
  • Successfully connected  Indicator turns off
  • Charging  Indicator flashes red
  • Factory reset  Indicator flashes purple

Reset and Reconnecting
If you fail to establish a connection between two earbuds or between the earbuds and Bluetooth devices, please try the following steps:

  1. Delete the old connection record from the Bluetooth device.
  2. Place the earbuds into the charging case to ensure they are being charged.
  3. With the charging case open, press and hold the charging case button for 8s until both LED indicators on the earbuds flash purple quickly. Wait for 3s and then connect to “EarFun Air”.earfun-TW200-True-Wireless-Bluetooth-Earbuds-fig-13

Charging

  1. Dry the earbuds, charging contactors and USB port completely before charging.
  2. Open or close the charging case to activate the case battery level LED indicator.
  3. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and the earbuds will start charging.

Troubleshooting

Q: The earbuds are turning on, but fail to connect to my device.
A: To connect your earbuds to your device, please remove the insulating films from both earbuds and check that Bluetooth is enabled. If the earbuds still don’t connect, try resetting them or contact us for assistance.

Q: What to do if one earbud is silent or has low volume?
A: If the earbud’s LED is lit, carefully clean the dirt from the speak mesh using a toothpick or cotton swab dipped in alcohol. Try to reset the two earbuds and reconnect. If the issue persists, please contact us for assistance.

Q: What to do if the earbuds are uncomfortable to wear?
A: Select the appropriate size of eartips, then correctly wear the earbuds.

Q: What to do if the other person cannot hear clearly during a call?
A: Please adjust the position of the earbuds to ensure that the voice microphone is pointing towards the direction of the speaker’s voice. Ensure the Bluetooth device uses the earbud’s microphone for calls.

Q: Why is the connection not stable and cuts out intermittently?
A: Please check for any objects obstructing the earbuds and the Bluetooth device, and avoid any potential radio or WiFi interference. While the earbuds have a maximum range of 49 feet (15m) without obstacles, the actual range may vary depending on usage and the environment.

Q: Is the charging case waterproof?
A: No, the earbuds are sweat and waterproof but the charging case is not.
