Services Details
Inst, Comm of Equipment Nameplates
- This service includes supplying and fabricating line nameplates of 220kV and 110kV lines as per approved drawings, dismantling existing corroded/damaged nameplates, and installing new line plates in various sections.
Elec, Installation of Danger Board
- This service involves supplying and fabricating Danger Boards for 220kV and 110kV lines, dismantling existing boards, and installing new Danger Boards in various sections.
Install ACD (Barbed Wire)/Bracket
- This service includes supplying and fabricating ACD/Barbed wire and Brackets for 220kV and 110kV lines as per approved drawings issued by the TPCL Engineer.
FAQ
Q: Do I need to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) now?
- A: No, an EMD of INR 0.75 Lakhs is not required now and will be needed at a later stage along with tender submission in the form of a Bank Guarantee.

Bidders are to also submit duly signed and stamped letters indicating the name of the authorized person, contact number, and e-mail ID (mandatory) on Bidder’s letterhead. It is mandatory to mention Tender Reference No. in the said letter.
- Note: – Once the above-mentioned documents are received, a detailed RFQ shall be issued through our e-tender system.
- Interested Bidder must get in touch with the respective contact person, mentioned above, at Tata Power Sahar Receiving Station, T2 Airport Road, Sahar, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400 059 (Near Leela Hotel) for submitting the documents.
- It may please be noted that all future correspondence will be strictly done only with Interested Bidders who have done the above steps in time with an Authorized Person only through the Tata Power E-Tender System.

(TPSDI) trained workmen, Certifications, etc. 100% workmen shall be L1 & L2
and supervisor should be L3 trained & certified by Tata Power Skill
Development Institute (TPSDI).| Safety evaluation requirements will be shared
along with detailed RFQ documents.

The Prequalification Criteria (C.1) published along with the tender is the total & complete pre-qualification requirement for the tender and shall prevail over any other/additional pre-qualification requirement mentioned elsewhere in the tender.
