Foreword
Congratulations on your purchase of a HealTech Electronics Oxygen Sensor
Eliminator module (OSE). This unit enables the disconnection of the oxygen
sensor from the bike’s main wiring harness.
The HealTech OS Eliminator simulates the working of the factory oxygen sensor,
so the ECU won’t detect its absence and won’t throw an FI error code.
Installation
Please make sure to order the matching part number for your bike. Use the
Product Advisor on our website to get the compatible part numbers for your
motorcycle.
Disclaimer: Do not attempt to install the product if you don’t have basic

- Locate the oxygen sensor in the exhaust system.
- Unplug the oxygen sensor’s connector.
- Plug the OSE module into the wiring harness connector.
- Secure the OSE module with the cable tie supplied.

- The unit is completely sealed and epoxy encapsulated, which gives extreme protection for the internal parts from shocks, vibrations and water.
- To ensure trouble-free operation from the start, all units have been extensively tested prior to shipment.
The Plug ‘n Go connector makes installation quick and easy, eliminating the
need to alter the bike’s original wiring.
Attention: Altering/tampering with the exhaust system for street use is
strictly prohibited. Eliminate/disconnect the oxygen sensor for off-road/race
use only!
