Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure the product is plugged into a socket that conforms to BS1363 and has a maximum withstand current value greater than 13A.
- Do not use two high-power appliances in the same socket.
- Make sure the plug is fully inserted into the socket.
- Avoid using extension cords with the product.

Please read all instructions carefully before using this product.

Make sure that the voltage rating label on the type plate corresponds to your main voltage. If not see your retailer and do not connect the appliance.

Never use the appliance unsupervised when in use.

If you have to leave even for a short moment please stop the appliance.

Keep out of reach of children and do not allow them to operate this appliance

Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these instructions.

From time to time check the cord for damages. Never use the appliance if the cord or any part of the appliance shows any signs of damage.

Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath. a shower or a swimming pool.

CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cutout, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device. such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly
switched on and off by the utility. -
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. -
Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.

Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in. regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.

CAUTION – Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.

Regarding the instructions for replacing bulb, thanks to refer to the below paragraph of the manual.

- A. Do not use two high-power appliances in the same socket.
- B. The plug needs to be plugged in fully.
- C. Product socket cannot use extension cord.
The socket needs to be conformed to BS1363, the maximum withstand current value needs to be greater than 13A.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Never cover the heater or obstruct the opening at the base of the heater, this could cause overheating and consequent risk of fire.
- Never move the heater when it is operating, this could cause the bulb breakdown. Please turn the heater off if you want to move it.
- When you turn the heater on for the first time you may notice a slight odor, this is harmless and will stop after a short amount of time.
Heater Control Panel
The following switches are located at back of door.
Insert plug into mains socket Select the desired functions:

Switch ( 3a) Switchs ON/OFF electricity supply to the heater and flame effect
Note: This switch must be in the ON position for heating operation. -
Switch ( 3b) Switchs ON/OFF 900W heat output

Switch ( 3c) Switchs ON/OFF 1800W output with switch 3b
Note: The flame effect can be operated with or without heat. -
Rotate thermostat control (1) clockwise or anti-clockwise to achieve desired room temperature.

Increase or decrease the flame effect by rotating the flame adjustment switch (2).
SAFETY Cut-Off

MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning or maintenance operation, switch off and unplug the appliance. Ensure it is perfectly cooled. To remove the dust, wipe the appliance with a cloth Never use abrasives or detergents
BULB REPLACEMENT
This product does not use a standard bulb for its flame effect. The appliance uses an electronically controlled LED system to create the effect, therefor no parts need to be replaced. There are no user-serviceable parts on this appliance. Under no circumstances should the appliance be serviced be anyone other than a qualified electrician.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- No light from the fuel effect: Possibly a bulb failure. Check the LED system by qualified electrician.
- No heat or light: Check the wall socket by plugging in a known working appliance. If Lights undia. necorate isolate have ate seedle the eletican.
