FORSTER TECHNIK 1.7.1 Automatic Calf Feeder Smart
Product Information:
The Automatic Calf Feeder Smart is a combi machine designed for cleaning and feeding calves. It has a software version 5.1 and can be cleaned using two detergents. The machine offers automatic and manual cleaning options, along with various settings for detergent usage and cleaning processes.
Product Usage Instructions
Cleaning Settings Refer to the instructions of the detergent manufacturer for the recommended settings for cleaning.
Automatic Cleaning Settings
- Detergent 1: 5 ml / L
- Detergent 2: 5 ml / L
- Teat cleaning: No
- Hose length: Drainage mode
- HE milk empty: Yes
- Rinse hose: Standard 0 ml / L
- Amount of detergent / liter: Yes/No (after cleaning water is pumped through the suction hose)
- Only with HygieneBox: Adjustable per feeding station (in m)
- Drainage function of the suction hoses heat exchanger cleaning after fresh milk is emptied
- After complete feeding of a portion, 0.25L of warm water is dosed out and the hose is cleaned
- Group A – D: Active
- As of plan day: 14 (Not with IFS Pump!)

Setting the Parameters for Automatic Cleaning Refer to the cleaning plan
and set the desired times for
cleaning mixer HE hose.
- Type 1: alkaline
- Type 1 + 2: alkaline and then acidic
Manual Cleaning Cleaning processes can also be started manually. This option is available only with HygieneBox.
