Product Information

The product is a Turbo Retail Combo (TRC) conversion kit that includes a new generation Power I/O board. The kit is designed to replace the outdated 9192202s board with the new 9192400 board. The old boards have spade terminals, while the new boards have multi-pole sockets. The kit comes with an interface board (9192402) to convert the output wiring, a bracket with wiring to convert the input wiring, and mounting material.

1. Preparation: – Ensure that the assembly of boards has one spacer mounted, with the top cut off. – Check if the connectors are completely pushed into each other. – Check if the J numbers on the plugs correspond with the laser-burned ones. – When disconnecting, write the corresponding X numbers on the fasten connectors. 2.

2. Conversion of the TRC: – Disconnect the mains power and remove the service panel. – Disconnect all wires and number them with the X numbers. – Remove the power I/O board and one spacer. – Mount the assembly of 2 boards. – Mount the assembled bracket. – Connect the inputs wiring (refer to next page for X26 and X27). – Connect the outputs wiring. – Put contra force on the terminals while connecting. – Connect the J input connectors. – Connect the ribbon cable. – Set the dip switches in the OFF position. – If wires X26 and X27 are too short to reach the bracket (core probe), take the socket from the bracket and tie it to the wiring as shown. Write the X numbers on it. – Bundle the output
   wires close to the interface board, ensuring they do not fan out above the power board.

3. Final Steps: – Connect the mains power and upgrade the software if applicable. – Check all inputs and outputs using the I/O test facility in the service parameters. – If everything is okay, remount the side panel.

Conversion to new generation Power I/O board in the TRC

• The below 9192202s board is no longer deliverable. This because some components became obsolete

• Old boards have spade terminals

• The below 9192400 board will replace it

• New boards have multi pole sockets
  

• The kit comes with:

  • An interface board 9192402 to convert the output wiring.
  • A bracket with wiring to convert the input wiring.
  • Mounting material.

The principle

• Inputs are signals like switches and sensors.
• Outputs are power consumers like contactors, motors, lamps.
• Old board connections.
• New board with conversion

Preparation

• Note that the assembly of boards has one spacer mounted, with the top, cut off. Check if the connectors are completely pushed into each other.
• Check if the “J” numbers on the plugs, correspond with the laser burned ones.

Conversion of the TRC

• Disconnect the mains power.
• Remove the service panel.
• Disconnect all wires and number them with the “X” numbers.
• Remove the power I/O board.
• Remove one spacer
• Connect the mains power and upgrade the software, if applicable.
• Check all inputs and outputs by means of the I/O test facility in the service parameters.
• If everything ok, then remount the side panel.

• Leave this sheet in the oven, next to the electric diagrams for future trouble shooting
• Electrical diagram of the new board assembly.
