The Fernox In-line Scale Reducer Range
The Fernox Electrolytic Scale Reducer has a serviceable life of between two
and ten years (subject to local water conditions and usage) after which time,
the effectiveness of the zinc anode may begin to diminish. The homeowner will
start to notice an acceleration of scale formation on heating elements and the
shower head. Once this occurs, it is necessary to replace the Fernox
Electrolytic Scale Reducer.
The expected lifespan for the Fernox Magnetic Scale Reducer is 10 years, and
should be used for a single appliance only.
Maximum working pressure: 10 bar at 20°C.
Water utilities cannot be held responsible forthe quality of water passed from
this unit.
Install in compliance with WRAS installationrequirements IRN R001, R120, R150,
R170, R290 and or local water regulations.
