After powering on, short press “M” to switch between 3 modes: video, picture and file browsing.

In video/picture mode: long press “M” to enter the menu.

In file browsing mode : long press “M” to delete/mark.

(Short press “PLAY” to enter or save, then short press “Return” to exit)

  4. Motion detection: On/Off (Default Off)Explanation:
    When the motion detection functions on, slide up the video button to start recordingvideo:
    the camera will automatically start recording when motion is detected (an object enters the screen, including light changes), and will automatically pause  recording 25 second sifter the screen is stationary.
    Attention:

  5. After enabling “Motion detection”recording,it takes a few minutes for the function to take effect. Recommend use this function for nonvideo recordings.

  6. In dark environment, the accuracy of motion detection may be limited.

  7. This feature solely depends on whe the orthoimage is still or not, and is not related tow hetherthe sound is muted or not.

  8. Loop record: Off, 1 min, 2 min, 3min, 5min,10 min (Default 10 minutes)

  9. Image set: Close up/Far shot (For more information, please see page 21)

  10. Exposure: Set the exposure when recording videos (default +0.0, not recommended to change)

  11. Format: If you have replaced a new memory card, please format it on the device first 9. Language: English, Deutsch, Español…

  12. Auto power off: off, 1 min,3 min (default 3 minutes). Without any operation in 3 minutes, machine will automatically shutdown

  13. Auto screen off: 1 min, 3 min, 5 min, off(Default 1 minute). Without any operation in 1 minute, machine will automatically turn off the screen

  14. Indicator: on/off(default indicator light fo r voice recording/video recording)

  • Press the “Next” button briefly during the recording process, a lock icon will appear at the top of the current screen, indicating that the current video file has been marked for protection
  • ➤ After connecting to the computer, the video file being marking protected in the [DCIM] folder under [Removable Disk] will be “Read Only” to distinguish it from other normal video files

Note:

  1. Please remove the removable disc in the normal way to prevent data loss
  2. It is recommended to copy the local video files to a computer for playback. If played on the machine, it may be too large for the transmission to keep up with, resulting in powerplay back, stuttering sound and other undesirable phenomena.
  3. If the computer does not recognize it, orif th removable disc logo does not appear after anew seconds:

Q1: Can't turn on?

All memory manufacturers in the worldproducethe memory according to 1000 MB=1GB,while the computer recognizes the recorder according to 1024 MB = 1 GB. This problemexists in the memory of all electronic products

To manage files on your computer, insert theTFcard into a USB 3.0 card reader (soldbyanotherstore) and connect it to your computer totransferfiles.

Q12:Can I use the photo function?

Yes, but we do not recommend usingthecamerafor taking photos as its main functionis torecordvideos and the photo quality maynot beparticularly high definition. If youneedtotakephotos for professional purposes, we recommendusing a more specialized camera for that purpose.

How to take photos:

  1. Short press the “M” menu button to switch to photo mode
    Short press the “PLAY” button to take apicture,the red light will be on for 2 seconds andwillautomatically go out

  2. In the video mode, short press the”PLAY”button to take a picture of the scene quickly(noindicator light at this time), without exitingthevideo mode. Video and photo can be takenatthesame time.
