Safety instructions

The product is intended for private, non-commercial use only.
Use the product only for the intended purpose.
Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any major shocks.
Only use the article under moderate climatic conditions.
Do not operate the product outside the power limits given in the specifications.
Do not use the product in the packaging or in arolled-up state.
Do not modify the product in any way. Doing so voids the warranty.
Children must not playwith the device.

Risk of electric shock

Do not open the product and do not operate it if it is damaged, if smoke, a strange smellorloud noises arecoming from it. Immediately contact your dealer or our service department (see item “Service and Support”).
Do not use the product if the AC adapter,the adapter cable or the mains cable aredamaged.
Do not attempt to service or repair the product yourself.Leave any and all service work to qualified experts.

Warning

Only operate the product from anapproved socket that is connected to the public power supply.The socket must be installed close to the product and must be easily accessible.
Disconnect the product from the power supply using the On/Off switch –ifthis is not available, unplug the powercordfrom the socket.
If using amulti-socket power strip,make sure that the totalpower consumption of allconnected devices does not exceed the socket strip’s maximum throughput rating.
If you willnot beusing the product for a prolonged period, disconnect it from mains power.

Product characteristics

This smart light is useful for accent lighting, effect lighting or for creating personal lighting atmospheres. Youcan choose from 16 million different colours. Other setting options include:
Switching On/Off and stepless dimming.
The following voice commands can be used:

Switch On /Off -“Alexa /OKGoogle, switch the light on /off.”
Dim to X%-“Alexa /OKGoogle, reduce the light to X%”.
Colour choice: “Alexa /OKGoogle,switch the light to blue.” (or red, green, etc.)

Commissioning

Download the Hama Smart Home app from the Apple App StoreorGoogle Play.
Open the Hama Smart Home app
The first time you use the app, you need to register and create anew account. If you already have an account, log in with your access details
Connect the garden spotlight to aproperly installed socket of protection class IP44 or higher.
The garden spotlight starts to flash quickly.If it does not, the spotlight must be disconnected from and reconnected to the power supply three times in succession.
Open the app and sign in.
Press the + in the top right-hand corner to add anew device.
Choose Lamps from the list.
Next enter your WiFi passwordand confirm with “Next”.
Now confirm thatthe lamp is flashing quickly by ticking “Next step”and clicking on “Next”.
Your light is now connected.
Once the connection is successful, the light stops flashing quickly and the app confirms that your light has beenconnected. Youcan now assign it adifferentname if you wish.
Click Finish to end the process.
You can now control the light.

Setting options

The following settings can be made in the app:

Extended usage options with scenarios

Scenarios and automated sequences, which can be created in the app in the “Smart scenarios” section, can be used to create many combination and usageoptionsfor these products, depending on the Smart Homeproducts you have installed.
Programming is always via the app (see Section 4ofthe App Guide) andwill be offered /suggested to you on an individual basis.
