Security measures
Hator uses in production only quality components and parts that comply with
accepted quality standards and guarantees no defects in materials and
workmanship in the equipment for the time specified on the product packaging,
starting from the date of purchase in the retail network.
At the same time, please read this manual carefully before using the device,
and follow these rules.
The device intended for use with household or office digital equipment is a
commercial product and can be operated in the temperature range +5 … +40°C and
relative humidity up to 70%.
The device is designed for individual use indoors. Not intended for use with industrial equipment, as well as in production facilities. Any changes to the device or non-standard use of the device that are not agreed with the manufacturer or the manufacturer’s representative, remove from the manufacturer and seller any liability for the free warranty service and the consequences of such actions.
You can not open or modify the product, except when it is necessary to remove
I replace switches.
The device is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, unless controlled by other persons responsible for
their safety.
Be careful! Keep up to following safety regulations:
- The device has small parts: infant’s and pets access should be limited to them;

- Clean only with dry cloth or special cloths;
- Do not expose to temperatures above 60°C;

Backlight’s Settings
Switch between paired devices
- FN + 1 – One short press to search for a paired device via Bluetooth # 1 and, long press for 3 seconds to pair via Bluetooth.
- FN + 2 – One short press to search for a paired device via Bluetooth # 2 and, long press for 3 seconds to pair via Bluetooth.
- FN + 3 – One short press to search for a paired device via Bluetooth # 3 and, long press for 3 seconds to pair via Bluetooth.
- FN + 4 – Press and hold for 3 seconds to switch to 2.4GHz wireless mode.
Switch between wired and wireless operating modes
Switching to work on operating systems: WINDOWS, Android/ IOS, MAC Switching
for three connection types: Bluetooth /Wired/ 2.4GHz
Indicators
Charging mode indicator:
Charging: red light;
Fully charged: light off;
Low power: red light flash.
Mode indicators:
2.4 GHz mode: green light;
Bluetooth mode: blue light.
Battery indicator:
FN + BACKSPACE – Indicates battery status
The row keys from «1 » to «0» will glow green to indicate the battery level;
The battery is 100% charged – all 10 keys of the row from 1 to O will be
green; The battery is 75% charged – 8 keys of the row from 1 to O will be
green;
The battery is 50% charged – 5 keys of the row from 1 to 0 will be green;
The battery is 25% charged – 3 keys of the row from 1 to 0 will be green.
Note: Pressing the key combination will show the battery level. Releasing the
key combination will return the keyboard to the set backlight mode. The power
can be checked in wireless mode only.
Connection: 2.4 GHz/ Wired/ Bluetooth
Up to three devices can be connected at the same time in Bluetooth mode
2.4 GHz: Turn the switch on the back of the keyboard to 2.4 GHz.
Press and hold the FN + 4 key combination. The charging mode indicator flashes
green (3 times/sec) while searching for the receiver. After a successful
connection, the indicator glows green continuously. If a matching receiver
cannot be found within 60 seconds, pairing is terminated and the charging mode
indicator turns off.
The keyboard reconnect time is 10 seconds. The green charging mode indicator
flashes slowly.
If reconnection fails, the charging mode indicator turns off and the keyboard
enters sleep mode. The green light of the charging mode indicator is always on
after a successful connection.
When the keyboard is not in use, the backlight turns off after 120 seconds,
and the keyboard goes to sleep in 10 minutes.
Wired: Turn the switch on the back of the keyboard to wired mode. The charging mode indicator shows the charging status, when it turns red -charging is in progress, the indicator goes out- the keyboard is fully charged.
Bluetooth: Turn the switch on the back of the keyboard to Bluetooth mode. Press and hold FN + 1 , 2 and 3 for 3 seconds to start the pairing process, one short press to switch Bluetooth devices, press the key combination for 3 seconds to enter the pairing state. The charging mode indicator will flash blue (3 times/sec), the indicator light is blue continuously after successful pairing. If a matching device cannot be found within 60 seconds, pairing will be terminated, and the charging mode indicator will turn off.
The keyboard reconnect time is 10 seconds. The blue charging mode indicator
will flash slowly.
If reconnection fails, the indicator turns off, and the keyboard enters sleep
mode. After successfully reconnecting the keyboard, the charging mode
indicator will turn off, and the blue indicator will stay on.
When the keyboard is not in use, the backlight turns off after 120 seconds,
and the keyboard goes to sleep after 10 minutes.
Charging
Charging mode : Connect the USB cable to charge. When charging is in progress, the indicator is red, the indicator turns green after the keyboard is fully charged (when working in Bluetooth and 2.4GHz mode, bright green and blue represent the current mode). The keyboard can be charged regardless of the position of the wired/ wireless switch.
Energy saving mode : When the power is less than 20%, the charging mode indicator will flash red, prompting the user to charge the device.
Note: If the battery voltage is lower than 3.1 V, the keyboard will immediately stop working and will not wake up. And if you press a key, only the charging indicator will flash on the keyboard, and no other signals. It reminds the customer that it must plug in the USB cable and charge the device before it can wake up for normal work.

When Bluetooth mode is turned on, two Bluetooth names, «BT5.0KB» and «BT3.0KB» will be displayed at the same time if the Bluetooth receiver is version 4.0 or higher. In this case, «BT5.0KB» will be preferred for connection.
If the receiver version of the device is lower than Bluetooth 4.0, only one Bluetooth name «BT3.0KB» will be displayed. Only «BT3.0KB» can be selected for connection. -
For the connection device to be available for connection, the indicator on it have to flash quickly. If the indicator is pulsing slowly, it means that the device has returned to standby mode and is not discoverable. Switch to the required communication channel by pressing FN + 1, 2 or 3 and hold the corresponding keys so that the keyboard becomes discoverable and communicative again.
Storage, Transportation
The device is recommended to be stored in warehouses or in conditions similar to the storage requirements for IT equipment/ electronics. The device is recommended to store at a temperature of +5°C to +40°C and humidity up to 70%. The place of storage (transportation) should be inaccessible to moisture, direct sunlight and should exclude the possibility of mechanical damage. In accordance with the terms and conditions of storage, the shelf life of the device in the manufacturer’s original packaging is 10 years. If necessary, transport any kind of civil transport in the available individual consumer packaging.
Use of the product after the end of its service life
The estimated service life of this Hator device is 5 years, but depends in
part on the life of the installed switches. This product uses mechanical
switches manufactured by Kailh Box Red, with a lifetime of 80 million
pressures, the lifetime is calculated by the manufacturer based on laboratory
data and the specifications of the components used, and is valid only if the
user observes the rules of operation, storage and transportation of the
product. In case of violation of the operating rules, the actual service life
of the device can be reduced. At the end of the life of the product, it is
advisable to contact an authorized service center for preventive maintenance
of the product and determine its suitability for further operation. Works on
the preventive maintenance of the product and its diagnostics are performed by
authorized service centers on a paid basis.
Utilization and protection of the environment
The rules for disposal of this product differ from the rules for disposing
of household waste. Unlike household waste, the product should be handed over
to the appropriate point of reception of electrical and electronic equipment
for processing. This contributes to the conservation of natural resources. By
observing the rules for the disposal of the product, you prevent possible
negative consequences for the environment and human health caused by improper
processing. Transfer the device to a specialized waste collection and disposal
center or contact the seller from whom the device was purchased. Competent
people will send this device to environmentally safe recycling. For improper
disposal of waste, fines are provided in accordance with the legislation in
force in the country where the device is sold.
Guarantee of the manufacturer (seller)
If the user complies with the operating rules, and taking into account the
stipulations stated in this manual, the device provides safety during use but
does not cause harmful effects to the environment and the person and is
serviceable. The device has a warranty period of operation – 24 months from
the date of purchase and without taking into account the time spent in repair
(subject to the rules of operation). The right to a guarantee is given when
completing the information of the warranty card, which is attached. For more
