BUSHWACKER 14127 Ford Bronco Trail Armor Fender Delete kit
Product Information
The product is Bushwacker fender flares, designed to enhance the appearance of a vehicle and provide protection to the fenders. The flares are made from a durable material that can be recycled. The package includes left and right front and rear fender deletes, along with a hardware kit containing necessary bolts, nuts, washers, and alcohol pads for installation. The product is built to last and can be cleaned using any detergent suitable for washing vehicles.
Product Usage Instructions
Fit Verification
- Before installation, verify the fit of the flares to the vehicle.
- If necessary, perform filing, sanding, or cutting to ensure proper fit.
Metal Protection
- Before installing the flares, treat all exposed fasteners and bare metal with rust-resistant paint.
- After completing flare attachments, spray inner fender wells with undercoating.
Care & Cleaning
To clean the Bushwacker fender flares:
- Use any detergent suitable for washing your vehicle.
- Avoid using harsh abrasive detergents.
Front Flare Installation Procedures (Passenger’s Side):
- Twist (5) quarter turn fasteners and firmly pull on the flare to remove it.
- Remove and retain (4) factory plastic fasteners and (3) factory screws to access the backside of the fender.
- Clean the indicated area with an alcohol pad.
- Remove the tape liner from the front of the fender delete.
- Install the fender delete using (5) 133606M bolts, (10) WA1-0029 washers, and (5) NU1-0015 nuts.
- Replace the fasteners and screws removed in Step 2 to reattach the fender liner. This completes the front fender delete installation.
Rear Flare Installation Procedures (Passenger’s Side):
- Twist (5) quarter turn fasteners and firmly pull on the flare to remove it.
- Remove (2) fender liner fasteners and retain them.
- Install the fender delete using (5) 133606M bolts, (10) WA1-0029 washers, and (5) NU1-0015 nuts.
- Replace the fasteners removed in Step 9 to reattach the fender liner. This completes the rear fender delete installation.
PRIOR TO INSTALLATION
- Bushwacker® only approves installing the flares according to these written instructions with the hardware provided.
- WARNING: Failure to install according to these instructions will invalidate the warranty. This includes, but is not limited to using alternative installation methods, hardware, or materials. DO NOT USE: Loctite, SuperGlue, or similar products on the hardware or the flares.
- Fit: Verify the fit of the flares to vehicle. (Some filing, sanding, or cutting may be necessary to ensure proper fit).
- Painting: (Optional) if paint is desired it must be done prior to installing flares on vehicle. Clean outer surface with a good grade degreaser. DO NOT USE LACQUER THINNER OR ENAMEL REDUCER AS A DEGREASER. Wipe outer surface thoroughly with a tack rag prior to paint. Application of plastic adhesion promoter for ABS plastic as per your paint system manufacturer’s recommendations is required. Paint flares using a high quality enamel, or polyurethane automotive paint. If painting edge trim (not recommended), use a flex additive.
- Metal Protection: All exposed fasteners and bare metal should be treated with rust resistant paint BEFORE installing flares. Spray inner fender wells with undercoating AFTER flare attachments have been completed.
- Care & Cleaning: Bushwacker fender flares are built to last; any detergent you use to wash your vehicle is sufficient to clean the flare. Do not use any harsh abrasive detergents.

Lund International is not responsible for any damage, and the installation of our fender flares is done with the buyer’s understanding that this scratching and paint wear may occur.

- To claim a warranty, you must provide Proof of Purchase.
The material that your product is made from can be recycled. Please also consider recycling the packaging that your product came in.

Installation Instructions
Front Flare Installation Procedures (Passenger’s Side)
- Twist (5) quarter turn fasteners. Firmly pull on flare to remove.
- Remove and retain (4) factory plastic fasteners and (3) factory screws to access backside of fender.
- Clean the area indicated with an alcohol pad.
- Remove tape liner from the front of the fender delete.Install fender delete using (5) 133606M bolts, (10) WA1-0029 washers, and (5) NU1-0015 nuts. (See diagram Step 6)
- Replace fasteners and screws removed in Step 2 to re-attach fender liner. Completed front fender delete installation.
Rear Flare Installation Procedures (Passenger’s Side)
- Twist (5) quarter turn fasteners. Firmly pull on flare to remove.
- Remove (2) fender liner fasteners and retain.
- Install fender delete using (5) 133606M bolts, (10) WA1-0029 washers, and (5) NU1-0015 nuts. (See diagram Step 11)
- Replace fasteners removed in Step 9 to reattach fender liner. Completed rear fender delete installation.
