The Custom Flex Vehicle Mount w/ Security Universal Holder (AUT-CFVMH) is a versatile mounting solution for securing tablets or other devices in vehicles. It comes with various components and accessories to ensure a secure and adjustable setup. The package includes a vehicle mount, a security holder, foam adapters, M4 nuts and screws, an M4 Allen key, seat rail clamps, an M10 Allen key, and additional hardware.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Assembling the Security Holder to the Vehicle Mount

2. Align the VESA plate holes of the vehicle mount (B) to the VESA holes of the security holder (A).

3. Place an M4 nut (E) on the front side of the holder VESA in the hex hole.

4. Rotate in screws (F) with the provided tool (D) from behind until securely tightened.

5. Assembling Rail Clamp Footing of the Vehicle Mount

6. Choose the clamp base (J) with the angle that matches your needs.

7. Align the preferred clamp (J) and the vehicle mount (B).

8. Rotate in screw (H) with the provided Allen key tool (I).

10. How to Adjust the Joints

11. Loosen the bolt (not included) of the seat rail.

12. How to Insert a Tablet

13. Install the fully assembled vehicle mount on the seat rail and screw the bolt back as shown. (Tool not included)

14. Twist the screw knobs counter-clockwise to release the connection. Adjust the arm to your preferred position and rotate clockwise until securely tightened.

15. Unlock the holder arms by moving the lever over to the unlock position.

16. Extend the holder arms by pulling outward.

17. Insert the device into the loosened arms.

18. Push the arms back towards the tablet until securely tightened. Then, move the lever back into the lock position.

19. Insert the key to unlock the holder, ensuring that the lever is in the ‘unlocked’ setting position. Only then can you adjust the holder’s arms. When locking with the key, it prevents any user from putting the lever in locked or unlocked setting mode.

20. How to Setup the Foam

21. Peel off the adhesive sticker on the backside of the foam backing.

22. Stick on the appropriate foam back so that your tablet can fit into the holder securely.

23. If there is still movement when your tablet is in the holder, try a different foam or combination of foams until it’s tightly fitted.

24. You can use just one foam or stack different foam pieces together for the best available fit.

25. Setting up Cable Management/Cable Routing

26. Take the rubber component (B) and insert it into the holder arm (A).

27. Take the power cord and loop it into the rubber component.

28. While the tablet holder is in unlocked mode and arms extended out, insert your tablet align the charging port side with the charging power cord, and plug in.

29. Slide the arms back around the tablet until securely tightened.

30. Set the holder into locked mode and lock with the security key afterward.

3. Assembling Rail Clamp Footing of the Vehicle Mount
   Because each vehicle is different, you will need to determine which included seat rail clamp is best for you.

4. Choose the clamp base (J) with the angle that matches your needs.

5. Align the preferred clamp (J) and the vehicle mount (B) and rotate in screw (H) with provided Allen key tool (I).

      Caution: Holder arms can only be adjusted in the “unlocked” setting. Make sure the lever is in the right position before attempting to adjust.

      Caution: Holder arms can only be adjusted in the “unlocked” setting. Make sure the lever is in the right position before attempting to adjust.

    • Insert key to unlock the holder, then make sure the lever is in the ‘unlocked’ setting position. Only then can you adjust the holder’s arms. When locking with a key, it prevents any user from putting the lever in locked or unlocked setting mode.

    • Tablet shown for illustration purposes only and not included.

12. How to Setup the Foam

15. Fish the power cord in the back as shown. Locate the clips at specific corners to hold the cord in place and then guide the cord out towards the outlet or whatever power source as needed.
