Product Information

The Nighthawk router is a high-performance wireless router manufactured by NETGEAR. It offers advanced features and capabilities to provide a reliable and secure internet connection for your devices.
The router comes with the following components:

Product Usage Instructions

1. Step 1: Download the Nighthawk app to install your router.
2. On your mobile phone, download the Nighthawk app from the app store (available for iOS and Android). Follow the setup instructions provided in the app to install your router.
3. Step 2: Secure your devices with NETGEAR Armor.
4. Open the Nighthawk app on your mobile phone and tap the Security icon. Explore your free one-year subscription to NETGEAR Armor and follow the instructions to secure your devices.
5. Step 3: Explore additional features with the Nighthawk app.
6. Discover all the capabilities of the Nighthawk app. Use it to pause the Internet, run a speed test, set smart parental controls, and more. Follow the instructions provided in the app to access these features.

**Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues during the installation process, try the following:

• If you already own another NETGEAR router and have used the Nighthawk app before, go to the dashboard in the app and tap “NEW SETUP” to install your new router.
• For further assistance and information, visit netgear.com/routerhelp.
• Turn off your modem and router and disconnect them. Restart your modem. Reconnect your router to your modem, and try installing with the Nighthawk app again.
• If you’re still unable to install your router using the Nighthawk app, manually install it using the router web interface.
• Visit http://www.routerlogin.net to access the router web interface.

If you already own another NETGEAR router and you used the Nighthawk app before, go to the dashboard and tap >  NEW SETUP to install your new router. For more information, visit netgear.com/routerhelp.
