Before replacement

- Straight slotted screwdriver
- Heaxagon socket spanner, size 4
- Socket screwdriver, 10 mm
- Pozi drive screwdriver, PZ2
- Loctite AS-43 WM
- Cable ties

Oven overview
Changing the door opening direction
IMPORTANT! All screws must be fastened with Loctite AS-43 WM.
- Remove the cover from the upper and lower door hinge.
- Open the oven door and loosen the inner and middle glass.
- Loosen the two screws in the oven door frame.
- Remove the wires from the upper rail on the oven door.
- Press on the connector to loosen the wires using a small fl at slotted screwdriver.
- Pull out the wires.
- Fasten the inner and middle glass on the oven door.
- Remove the two screws, the bracket, and the drain of the drip tray.
- Remove the two screws and the drip tray
- Loosen the wires for the LED fixture.
- Remove the screws from the upper door hinge.
- IMPORTANT! Be careful as the door is no longer fastened and might be heavy.
- Remove the oven door.
- Turn the pins upside down.
- Turn the door upside down
Mounting the oven door
- Remove the six screws in the cavity frame.
- Remove the six hexagon socket spanner screws from the upper and lower door hinge.
- Pull out the wires for the door light.
- Move the upper and lower brackets for the hinges from the left-hand side of the oven cavity frame to the right-hand side.
- Remove the blanking plate.
- Remove the catch.
- Mount the blanking plate on the right-hand side of the oven cavity frame.
- Mount the catch on the left-hand side of the oven cavity frame.
- Switch around the door hinges – the lower hinge to the top and the upper hinge to the bottom.
- Mount the three screws on the lower hinge.
- Mount the two nuts on the upper hinge while holding the door.
- Mount the door.
- Open the oven door and open the inner and middle glasses.
- Fasten the drip tray with the two screws.
- Fasten the drip tray drain, the gasket, the O-ring and the two screws
- Adjust the door and make sure it touches the door gasket to avoid steam escaping from the oven.
- Switch around the two silicone plugs – place the one with the hole at the top and the one without a hole at the bottom.
- Mount the LED light with the wires pointing upwards.
- Lead the wires through the upper silicone plug.
- Fasten the wires in the terminal block.
- Mount the terminal block on the upper rack.
- Fasten the upper bracket with the two screws.
- Fasten the inner and middle glasses on the oven door.
- Mount the hinge covers.
Calibrating the oven door
Calibrating the operator’s door
- Close the operator’s door.
- If you are calibrating the operator door on a PassThrough oven, make sure that the service door also is closed.
- Touch “Settings”.
- Touch “Oven setup”
- Touch “Calibration”.
- Touch “Calibrate operator door”.
- Touch “Start calibration”.
- Follow the steps in the sequence guide on the display.
Calibrating the service door
This section is only relevant on PassThrough oven.
- Close both the operator door and service door.
- Touch “Settings”.
- Touch “Oven setup”
- Touch “Calibration”.
- Touch “Calibrate service door”.
- Touch “Start calibration”.
- Follow the steps in the sequence guide on the display.
Change the oven light
Calibrating the operator door
- Touch “Settings”.
- Touch “Oven setup”
- Touch “Oven ligh”.
- At “Left-hinged operator door” push the bar from “ON” to “OFF”.
- On PassThrough ovens, at “left-hinged service door” push the bar from “ON” to “OFF”.
Testing the oven
Run the oven in steam mode to assure that the oven door fi t tightly to the
gasket. If nosteam is escaping the oven from the oven door, the oven door is
mounted correctly.
