Before replacement

• Single-head wrench, 8 mm
• Straight slotted screwdriver
• Heaxagon socket spanner, size 4
• Socket screwdriver, 10 mm
• Pozi drive screwdriver, PZ2
• Loctite AS-43 WM
• Cable ties

Oven overview

Changing the door opening direction

IMPORTANT! All screws must be fastened with Loctite AS-43 WM.

1. Remove the cover from the upper and lower door hinge.
2. Open the oven door and loosen the inner and middle glass.
3. Loosen the two screws in the oven door frame.
4. Remove the wires from the upper rail on the oven door.
5. Press on the connector to loosen the wires using a small fl at slotted screwdriver.
6. Pull out the wires.
7. Fasten the inner and middle glass on the oven door.
8. Remove the two screws, the bracket, and the drain of the drip tray.
9. Remove the two screws and the drip tray
10. Loosen the wires for the LED fixture.
11. Remove the screws from the upper door hinge.
    • IMPORTANT! Be careful as the door is no longer fastened and might be heavy.
12. Remove the oven door.
13. Turn the pins upside down.
14. Turn the door upside down

Mounting the oven door

1. Remove the six screws in the cavity frame.
2. Remove the six hexagon socket spanner screws from the upper and lower door hinge.
3. Pull out the wires for the door light.
4. Move the upper and lower brackets for the hinges from the left-hand side of the oven cavity frame to the right-hand side.
5. Remove the blanking plate.
6. Remove the catch.
7. Mount the blanking plate on the right-hand side of the oven cavity frame.
8. Mount the catch on the left-hand side of the oven cavity frame.
9. Switch around the door hinges – the lower hinge to the top and the upper hinge to the bottom.
10. Mount the three screws on the lower hinge.
11. Mount the two nuts on the upper hinge while holding the door.
12. Mount the door.
13. Open the oven door and open the inner and middle glasses.
14. Fasten the drip tray with the two screws.
15. Fasten the drip tray drain, the gasket, the O-ring and the two screws
16. Adjust the door and make sure it touches the door gasket to avoid steam escaping from the oven.
17. Switch around the two silicone plugs – place the one with the hole at the top and the one without a hole at the bottom.
18. Mount the LED light with the wires pointing upwards.
19. Lead the wires through the upper silicone plug.
20. Fasten the wires in the terminal block.
21. Mount the terminal block on the upper rack.
22. Fasten the upper bracket with the two screws.
23. Fasten the inner and middle glasses on the oven door.
24. Mount the hinge covers.

Calibrating the oven door

Calibrating the operator’s door

1. Close the operator’s door.
   • If you are calibrating the operator door on a PassThrough oven, make sure that the service door also is closed.
2. Touch “Settings”.
3. Touch “Oven setup”
4. Touch “Calibration”.
5. Touch “Calibrate operator door”.
6. Touch “Start calibration”.
7. Follow the steps in the sequence guide on the display.

Calibrating the service door
This section is only relevant on PassThrough oven.

1. Close both the operator door and service door.
2. Touch “Settings”.
3. Touch “Oven setup”
4. Touch “Calibration”.
5. Touch “Calibrate service door”.
6. Touch “Start calibration”.
7. Follow the steps in the sequence guide on the display.

Change the oven light

Calibrating the operator door

1. Touch “Settings”.
2. Touch “Oven setup”
3. Touch “Oven ligh”.
4. At “Left-hinged operator door” push the bar from “ON” to “OFF”.
5. On PassThrough ovens, at “left-hinged service door” push the bar from “ON” to “OFF”.

Testing the oven
Run the oven in steam mode to assure that the oven door fi t tightly to the gasket. If nosteam is escaping the oven from the oven door, the oven door is mounted correctly.
