SAFAVIEH TBL4031A Portable Lamp
Product Information
This product is a portable lamp with a polarized plug. The lamp has a lamp base (Part A), a socket (Part C), a bulb (Part B), and a shade (Part D). Product Usage Instructions
- Warning: Ensure that the lamp is unplugged before proceeding with any cleaning or maintenance.
- To assemble the lamp, follow these steps: a. Step 1: Insert the bulb (Part B) into the socket (Part C). Be careful not to twist the power cord. b. Step 2: Place the lamp on a level surface and check if everything is stable. c. Step 3: Tighten the bulb securely in the socket.
- To clean the lamp: a. Dust the shade (Part D) with a feather duster or an appropriate vacuum brush attachment. b. Wipe the shade and lamp base (Part A) with a soft, dry cloth. c. Clean the lamp bases with methods appropriate to the material, avoiding the use of chemicals and household cleaners that may damage the finish.
- If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, follow these steps: a. Reverse the plug’s position and try inserting it into the outlet again. b. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature. Please refer to the provided picture for reference on assembling and using the product.

WARNING
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as
a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. this plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. if the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug, if it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. do not
attempt to defeat this safety feature.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug lamps before using any cleaning solutions. Dust shades with a feather
duster or with an appropriate vacuum-brush attachment. Wipe with a soft, dry
cloth and clean lamp bases with the methods appropriate to the material.
Avoid the use of chemicals and household cleaners as they may damage the
finish.
