Dimensions and Installation Information (in inches):

  • Wall Sleeve Dimensions: A = 21 inches, B = 58 inches, C = 42-1/4 inches
  • Wall Opening Dimensions: Minimum H = 16-1/4 inches, Minimum W = 42-1/4 inches

Electrical Connection:

  • All wiring, including installation of receptacle, must be made in accordance with national and local electrical codes and regulations.
  • 230/208 volt units may be plugged into a receptacle.
  • Power connection kits are required on all Zoneline chassis.

Product Usage Instructions

Electrical Wiring:
Ensure that all wiring, including the installation of the receptacle, is done in accordance with national and local electrical codes and regulations.

Ducted Applications:
If you want to heat or cool more than one room, you can use the AZ45 and AZ65 Series with ductwork. Follow these steps:

  1. Apply the RAK6053 Duct Adaptor to the top of the case over the air discharge.
  2. Apply the RAK601B Duct Extension to the right or left of the adaptor.
  3. You may add locally fabricated ductwork to extend to a maximum recommended straight distance of 15 feet in one direction.

Electrical Connection:
If you have a 230/208 volt unit, it can be plugged into a receptacle. However, please note that power connection kits are required for all Zoneline chassis.

Wall Sleeve Dimensions:
The wall sleeve dimensions should be as follows:

  • A = 21 inches
  • B = 58 inches
  • C = 42-1/4 inches

Add 1/4 inch to A and C dimensions for all cut-outs.

Wall Opening Dimensions:
The minimum wall opening dimensions should be as follows:

  • Minimum H = 16-1/4 inches
  • Minimum W = 42-1/4 inches

Add 1/4 inch to A and C dimensions for all cut-outs.

ELECTRICAL WIRING
All wiring, including installation of receptacle, must be made in accordance with national and local electrical codes and regulations.
NOTE: Aluminum wiring may pose special problems – consult a qualified electrician.

RAK40 – Deflector Kit to adapt chassis for use with non-GE exterior louvered grilles.
