Equipment Rail Installation
- Install Equipment Rail using (3) M8 E-Rail Mount Nut, (3) M8 Hex Head Bolts Torque to 35.6N·m ± 3.5N·m [26.3 ± 2.6 ft-lbs].
- Place E-Rail Mount Nut with the flat surface of nut facing inside of the cabinet. If access is not accessible hold the E-Rail nut by the finger grip area and place in location using slots located on the front to back beam. Line up the e-mail and start the Hex Head Screw. Moving the E-Rail to the desired location before you Torque the Hex Head Screw
- (END OF ROW) Remove Side panels before completing the steps above.

Equipment Rail Mount Nut
If access from the side of the cabinet is not accessible, the Equipment Rail
Mount Nut can be installed from inside of the cabinet using slots on Front to
Back Beams as shown above

- 700mm E-rails have 122mm x 34mm Openings
- 800mm E-rails have 19″ x 1RU Openings

– 12 PASS THRU OPENINGS 45RU
– 12 PASS THRU OPENINGS 48RU
– 16 PASS THRU OPENINGS 51RU
– 16 PASS THRU OPENINGS
NOTE: *OPENINGS WILL FIT CVPTB1X4 – SOLD SEPARATELY
