**IMPORTANT INFORMATION

**

PLEASE READ BEFORE SETTING UP YOUR TABLET

The tablet must be set up by an adult to ensure the safety of all users of the device.
First Setup:
When you remove the tablet from the box, we recommend charging it for 3 hours to provide enough charge for set up and use.
The battery icon can be found in the top left of the screen.
Please remove the protective film from the screen before starting.
Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds to turn on the tablet.
Language Settings:
Upon starting the tablet, you’ll be greeted with a language selection screen.
Select your language and press Next’ to continue. The language can be changed later in the system section inside the parent account. **Wi-Fi connection:** Select your Wi-Fi connection, enter your password and then press connect. Once connected to the internet, the tablet will then automatically update to the latest software version if necessary. Be aware that the tablet can only connect to secured networks in order to protect your child. Please connect your tablet to Wi-Fi on a regular basis to ensure that you receive and enjoy the latest updates available. For the first Set Up a Wi-Fi connection is necessary. **Parent Account PIN:** On the account screen, you’ll be asked to set up a 4-digit pin. Please enter your pin and pressNext’. Confirm your chosen pin by inputting again.

In the case of a lost pin, the device can be reset by pressing the Reset Pin’ Button before entering the parent account. A reset link will be sent to your later chosen e-mail address and must be confirmed. **Privacy Policy:** Please read the privacy policy thoroughly. PressAccept’ to continue.
Terms of Service:
Please read the terms of service thoroughly. Press Next’ to continue. **Activating your device:** You will be prompted to enter an e-mail address to activate your device. Please enter your email address, and tick the checkbox to agree to the terms of service. PressNext’.
Please re-enter your e-mail address to confirm the address is correct. Press Next’. An activation link will be sent to your chosen e-mail address, please click on the link in the e-mail to activate your device. A hold screen will be displayed until your e-mail is confirmed via the link. Afterward, an activation confirmation will appear. Press, Next to continue.
Setting up child’s profile:
Please enter the name of your child. Turn the parental controls for the device on or off by pressing the ON/OFF’ checkbox and customize it by pressing, Customize. Press , Finishto end the setup. Finish the setup by pressing theFinish’ button.

Parental Control Overview:

Usage Rules:
This menu screen is to help manage the amount of time spent on the tablet.
Session times can be allocated to Weekday’ orWeekend’. Simply press the according button.
Play sessions for the day are shown in the timeline. Green shows where to play sessions are allocated throughout the day. Red shows times where your child cannot use the tablet.
You can set play sessions for different times throughout the day. This is done by selecting the start and end times for each play session. Should you wish to add another play session, press the Add a play session’ button. If you wish to remove a play session, simply press on the desired play session and then on theDelete’ button.
If you want to reset the playtime sessions, press the Reset to the default settings button. Then you will be asked to confirm the reset, pressYes’ to confirm, or press No’ to cancel the action. **Apps:** This menu shows all installed content on the device. By longer pressing the individual app icons, you can view app info, when the app was last used, deny access for the different child accounts and play or delete it from the tablet. To test or play the app, press thePlay’ button. To delete the app, press the trash can icon.
By default, your child is unable to download content. This can be changed by granting access to the GameStore Junior app. **Stats:** In theStats’ section, you can view app usage for the last week, last month, or all time by pressing the relevant button. This shows the breakdown of all usage by your child.
The menu also features a timeline view where you can see a detailed timeline of activity on the tablet. For example, when the tablet is unlocked, various apps are used or if your child tries to access the parent account, this will be registered and shown in the activity timeline.

Settings

Internet:
This is where you can change which Wi-Fi network to connect to.
Airplane Mode:
You can also activate or deactivate airplane mode by selecting ON’ orOFF’ (airplane mode ON deactivates your connection to the internet. Airplane mode OFF activates your connection to the internet.)

System:

Blue Light Filter:
The device has a blue light filter which is automatically activated by default. This is to help prevent eye strain, fatigue, and disruption of sleep. You can turn this feature on or off at any time by pressing the corresponding checkbox in the system section of the parental control.
Brightness:
The screen brightness can be adjusted on the tablet by using the slider bar. Simply press, hold and drag to your desired brightness.
Language:
Should you wish to change your default language, this can be done in the system section of the parental control by choosing your desired language and pressing the `Change’ button.

Account

Child Accounts:

You will be prompted to choose an existing child account or add one by pressing on the Add’ button. **Change child name:** To change the name of the child, press the current name. You will then be prompted to enter the new username. **Delete child account:** To delete the account, press theDelete’ button. An information box will appear asking you to confirm that you want to delete the account. To continue press the Yes’ button. If you wish to cancel the process, press theNo’ button.

Parent Account:

E-mail:
If you wish to change the e-mail associated with the tablet, please press the e-mail address bar at the top of the menu. You will then be prompted to enter the new e-mail address. A confirmation link will be sent to your chosen e-mail address, please click on the link to confirm the change.
Change parent pin:
You can change the parent pin by pressing the Change Parent Pin’ button. You will then be prompted to enter a new pin for the parent account. Enter your new pin and pressNext’. You will then be asked to confirm your new pin, press Next’. **View legal agreements:** If you want to view the legal agreements, just press theView legal agreements.
View terms of service:
To view the terms of service, please press the View Terms of Service button. In order to exit this screen, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and pressUnderstand’.
View privacy policy:
To view the privacy policy, please press the Privacy Policy button. In order to exit this screen, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and press Understand’.
Factory reset:
To complete a factory reset on the tablet, press the Factory Reset button. An information box will appear asking you to confirm that you want to fully reset the tablet to its original state. To continue with the factory reset, press theYes’ button. If you wish to exit the factory reset option, press the No’ button. !!! Be aware THAT a factory reset DELETES all data STORED on the tablet !!! To exit theParental Control Menu’, please press the account avatar in the top right-hand corner and then press the `Log Out button.

Warranty Information

This product is warranted for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event you experience any problems within this period caused by a defect due to faulty materials or workmanship, the retailer from whom you purchased it will replace it with the same or a similar model on production as shown on your purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
This guarantee does not cover defects arising from accidental damage such as misuse or wear and tear, damage due to an accident, improper use or maintenance, such as a broken screen, dropped, water damage, etc.
Please note that this warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels, permanent hearing loss may occur if earphones or headphones are used, it is best to avoid high volume levels when using earphones or headphones for extended periods of time. Ensure that the volume level on the tablet is set to its minimum level before connecting a headset.
