The Digital Password Combination Security Desk Mount with Printer Shelf Compartment (PAD-FPDMDC) is a secure and versatile kiosk enclosure designed to hold and protect tablets. It features a sturdy base, foam adapters for tablet support, a lockable storage compartment, and a built-in printer shelf. The enclosure is equipped with VESA holes for easy installation and comes with all the necessary hardware for assembly.
Product Usage Instructions
- Assembling base: Connect the base (B) with the body (A). Align the mounting holes and use the provided Allen key (H) to rotate in the screws (G) until securely tightened.
- Attaching Base Pads: Flip over the combined base section. Peel off the sticker from the base pads (I) to expose the adhesive. Place the foam pads at the corners of the base, adhesive face down, and press firmly for a few seconds to securely attach them.
- Attaching Kiosk Body to Enclosure: Align the VESA holes of the enclosure (K) with the VESA holes of the kiosk body (A). From above, use the provided tool (H) to rotate in the screws (E) while holding the hex nuts (F) from behind within the storage compartment until securely fastened.
- Setting up the Foam Adapters: Peel away the backing of the double-sided adhesives (J). Adhere four of them behind the foam pieces (L) and four on top of the foam pieces to ensure secure attachment between the foam and the enclosure and tablets.
- Inserting Tablet into Enclosure: With the enclosure open, insert the tablet into the foam adapters (L). Ensure the adhesives are in place before inserting the tablet to prevent it from falling out. Connect any necessary cables/wires to the tablet. Once secure, close the top of the enclosure and lock it into place.
- Setting Up Enclosure: Close the front cover of the enclosure securely.
- Removing Enclosure Back Opening Covers: Turn the digital lock 90 degrees clockwise to lock the tablet in place.
- Anti-Theft Deterrent Security: Insert the key(C) into the keyhole to unlock and lock the storage compartment.
- Charging the Digital Lock: Use the charging cord (D) to plug into the port of the digital lock firmly for charging.
- Cable Routing: Fish the wire through the opening at the top of the kiosk body (A) and route it towards the outlet or desired location.

INSTALLATION
- Assembling base
- 1A. Connect base (B) with body (A). Take the body (A) and align the mounting holes. Rotate in (4) screws(G) with provided Allen key (H) until securely tightened.
- Attaching Base Pads
- 2A. Flip over the now combined base section. Find the base pads (component I) and peel off the sticker to expose the adhesive. Place the foam pads (adhesive face down on base) at the corners and give it a firm press for a few seconds until it’s securely attached.
- Attaching the Kiosk Body to the Enclosure
- 3A. Align the VESA holes of the enclosure (K) to the VESA holes of the kiosk body (A). Rotate in screws (E) from above using provided tool (H) while holding hex nuts (F) from behind from within the storage compartment until securely fastened.
- Setting up the Foam Adapters
- 4A. Identify the double-sided adhesives (J). Peel away the backing on both sides. Adhesive four of them behind the foam pieces (L) as illustrated. They are to adhere the foam to the enclosure. Peel away the back on the next four and place them on top of the foam pieces as illustrated. These are to attach the foam to the tablets and ensure security.
- Inserting Tablet into Enclosure
- 5A. With the enclosure open, insert the tablet into the foam adapters (L). Make sure the adhesives have been placed ahead of time or the tablet will fall out. Plug your tablet into any cables/wires you have routed to the enclosure. After the tablet is secure, close the top and lock it into place.

- 7A. When installing the device into the enclosure, identify where the camera is. Simply remove and pop out the cover prior to mounting or setting up the tablet to properly expose the camera if needed.

How to unlock
- Press the default password “123”, and press “OK”.
- Green light on about 5 seconds and you hear a long beep means verification passed and it is unlocked. Please turn the lock to unlock within 5 seconds.
Remark: If you enter the wrong password 3 times the system will be locked for 1 minute.
Press 1: Change Administrator Password
The password should be 3-9 digits, each digit can be any number from 1-4.
- Press “4” and press “OK”, when the blue light on and there is a beep, means into setting mode.
- Verification:
- Enter the default password “123”, press “OK” to confirm.
- Blue light flashes and beeps 3 times means verification passed.
- When the blue light flashes
- Enter new password and press “OK” to confirm.
- Enter the new password again and press “OK” to confirm.
- When the green light on and a long beep heard means a new password setting is done.
- Use new password to unlock to test.
- Remark: Please do remember your new Administrator Password. If forgot we don’t have other way to get it back and without it factory setting can’t be done too.
Press 2: Create User Password
The password should be 3-9 digits, each digit can be any number from 1-4.
You can add up to 20 user passwords.
- Press “2” and press “OK”, when the blue light on and there is a beep, means into setting mode.
- Verification:
- Enter the administrator password, press “OK” to confirm.
- Blue light flashes and beeps 3 times means verification passed.
- When the blue light flashes
- Enter a new password and press “OK” to confirm.
- Enter new password again and press “OK” to confirm.
- When the green light on and a long beep is heard means new password setting is done.
- Use new password to unlock to test.
Restore Factory Setting
- Press “OK” for about 15 seconds until the red light on (please ignore the blue light).
- Verification:
Enter the light Taor and a dand pep eareans verification passed.
When complete, all the user’s passwords and temporary passwords are invalid and the administrator password is back to “123” again.
Power Instruction
- Low power warning: Red light flashes and beeps 5 times. Please charge the lock.
- You can unlock it when charging by USB cable.
