Product Information
The LED Neck Reading Light is a portable device designed for adult use only. It is equipped with a 100mAh huge capacity battery for long-lasting usage. The light has three color temperature options: yellow, warm white, and cool white. It also features adjustable brightness levels to suit your preference. The product is backed by a limited lifetime warranty provided by Medic Therapeutics.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before first use, charge the LED Neck Reading Light. The charging indicator will be red while charging and will turn green when fully charged.
- To select the color temperature, press the mode button. Choose between yellow, warm white, and cool white.
- To adjust the brightness level, press the brightness button.
- Ensure to use the equipment as indicated. If you notice any defective components during assembly or while checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noise during use, stop using the equipment. Only resume usage once the problem has been rectified.
- Do not use the LED Neck Reading Light in environments with explosives or other inflammables.
- Keep children and pets away from the equipment as it is designed for adult use only.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Your Medic Therapeutics product is covered by a limited lifetime
manufacturer’s warranty. Should the device fail due to a defect in material or
workmanship, Medic Therapeutics will repair or replace it at any time, subject
to certain limitations. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from
unauthorized or improper use, service, or repair. It also excludes damage
caused by accidents, impacts, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

does not cover damage caused by accident, impact, negligence, or normal wear
and tear.
Should you discover your Medic Therapeutics product is not functioning
properly, please send your device to our repair center for evaluation. If your
product cannot be repaired or serviced, we will reserve the right to change it
for a similar or newer model. Please note that a flat rate of $15.00 will be
charged to cover a service evaluation fee and return shipping of your device.
All warranty claims must be accompanied
by a copy of your proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
