The MyMed Reminder ( Product Model : PR118) is a compact and portable device designed to help users with medication reminders. It comes with a silicone button and an LED light for easy operation. The device has several performance features, including a one-click location finder to prevent loss, automatic generation of medication records, and email notifications for guardians. It runs on a button cell battery and can be connected to a smartphone or other smart devices via Bluetooth.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Battery Replacement

   • Insert a coin or another tool into the groove on the battery cover and turn it counter clockwise to remove it.
   • Take out the old battery and insert a new button cell battery, ensuring that the negative terminal is facing inward.
   • Close the battery cover, turn it clockwise with a coin or other tool, and lock it tightly. The device will automatically power on once the battery is successfully installed.

2. First Use

   • Before using the device for the first time, open the battery cover and remove the insulation film. The factory status will flash green, indicating that the device is not paired.

3. Low Battery Reminder
   

   • When the battery is low, the device will blink red for 30 seconds every 10 minutes. Replace the battery when this occurs.

4. Reminder Steps

   • Set medication information: Input the medication name and medication time in the app.
   • Attach the device: S tick the MyMed Reminder to a commonly visible location, such as your current pill box or pill vial.
   • Connect the device: Use Bluetooth to connect the MyMed Reminder to a smartphone or other smart devices.
   • Customize Reminder Alerts on the MyMed Reminder and your phone.
   • Confirm medication: Press the silicone button on the MyMed Reminder to confirm medication taken.

5. Medication Reminder

   • When it’s time to take the medicine, the device will flash a yellow light and emit intermittent beep sounds.

6. Maintenance & Storage

Please keep the device in a cool, dry, and clean place, away from direct sunlight.

Introduction

The MyMed-Reminder simply converts a “dumb” pill box or “dumb” pill vial to a “smart pill box or “smart” pill vial. The MyMed-Reminder can remind individuals to take their medication on time, record medication history, help address the issue of forgetting or missing daily medication and notify others if the medication was taken or missed. It is suitable for home and travel use, and can be connected to smartphones or other smart electronic devices via Bluetooth. By using the MyMed Reminder app, users can access their medication records and it can also help caregivers monitor the medication situation of the user.

Battery Replace

Medication Reminder

Reminder Description

1. The medication schedule is transferred to the MyMed-Reminder via bluetooth and saved in its memory.
2. When it is time to take the medication, the yellow light flashes, and the buzzer beeps at the same frequency for 30 seconds. There will be 3 reminders, 10 minutes aparts, for ½ an hour.
3. Press the button to stop the flashing yellow light and the buzzer reminder. The system recognizes that the drug has been taken. A green light stays on for 1 second and then turns off.
4. If the button is not pressed within the 30 minute period, the beep will stop but the yellow light will be stay on for another 30 seconds. The system will record a “missed” dosage.
5. The MyMed-Reminder will transmit the “Taken or “Missed” to the APP via Bluetooth. Users can open the third-party sharing function through the APP to share the medication “Taken” or “Missed” status to a third party and to themselves by email.

Set up APP Medication Plan

Download & install the MyMed Reminder app
Available in the app stores “MyMed Reminder”or scan the QR code to download and install the app, and follow the on-screen prompts to fill in the required information for registration and login in.

MyMed Reminder connect to APP

1. Open the app and create an account or login in if you already have one account.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the device or settings section of the app.

Login Account and Connect Device
After the login is successful, enter the device searching interface, and connect the device.

Note: Please keep your phone’s Bluetooth on !

Set Reminder
In the mian interface, click “Upcoming” to schedule the medications. Set the reminder time, such as 12:00 AM, medication name, frequency, etc.

History Record

1. History of a medication. If you took your medication at a different time then scheduled, then you can adjust a medication record accordingly.
2. The history records can be viewed separately as annual reports, monthly reports, and weekly records. Click the Share icon in the top right corner to forward the report to a third party.

Set Device

1. Click “Customize Reminder” to display a customized notification page that can be selected in four modes.
2. Click on “Find Device” and the device will be located via Bluetooth. The device will beep until you press “Stop Beeping” .
3. Click on “Today’s Reminder Settings” , choose a medication to adjust (delay or advance) only today’s upcoming reminders.

Third-party Sharing
Click “Third-Party Sharing” , set “Email Sharing” to on, then select sharing conditions, and add an email address to share. You can enter up to xx emails. You may want to send an email to yourself.

Profile
You can click “Profile” to change the password and other personal information.
