Precautions
Please read carefully before proceeding
Power Supply
Please use power supply with 9V and at least 210mA current value for the unit.
Incorrect power
Suuply may cause short-circuit and damage.
Please turn off the power supply if the device is not used for long period.

Features

Layout
- Footswitch: Controls the PLAY, STOP, FILL, TAP TEMPO functions.
- LED button:Indicate the speed of the tap tempo, the time signature of the beat, andthe On/Off of FILL.
- Music genre selector:Rotate to select between 3 slots, each slot includes 2 different music styles.
- LEVEL: Rotate to adjust the volume level of the drum machine.
- EQ/SPEED:Adjust the EQ/SPEED of the drum machine.
- RHYTHM: Rotate to select between 16 different grooves.
- Input:1/4° mono audio input jack, connects to the guitar or other effects.
- Output: 1/4” mono audio output jack, connects to the guitar amplifier.
- DCIN: Connect to 9V and atleast 210mA current draw (center negative) power supply.
Functional operation

Preparation
Connect the power cord to the device, set up your instrument, amplifier, and effects.
Adjust the EQ to the 12 o’clock position.
Adjust the LEVEL to the minimum position. -
Play/Stop
When the drum machine isin STOP status, press the footswitch once to PLAY the drum machine, rotate the LEVEL knob to adjust the volume level of the drum machine; when the drum machine is in PLAY status, press the footswitch to STOP. -
Select a groove
FLAMMA FC12 has 6 different groove styles, each style includes 8 different rhythm types.
Toggle the drum machine genre switch to select between those styles.
Slot 1: Pop / Rock
Slot 2: Funk / Blues
Slot 3: Metal / Jazz
Then rotate the RHYTHM to select a rhythm type. -
Speed
There are two methods to set up the speed:
1. Rotate the EQ/SPEED to adjust the speed. The 120 clock position is for 120bpm, you can adjust it from 40bpm to 260bpm.
2. TAP TEMPO. Press and hold the footswitch to activate TAP TEMPO function, the button LED will blink in RED. Then you can press the footswitch three times to set up the speed of drum machine.
The TAP TEMPO mode will quit after being idle for 3 seconds. The button LED will blink in RED/BLUE to indicate the speed value.
Notes: The BPM value will be saved after the pedal is power Off. When you power On the pedal it will recall the BPM value you used last time. Rotate the EQ/SPEED knob to refresh the BPM to the current selected value. -
Add variation manually (Fill)
FLAMMA FC12 has 48 different rhythm grooves, and each of them has a unique variation (Fill). The variation will not be activated during normal playing. Press the LED button to turn On/Off the Fill function. The BLUE LED for Fill On; the RED LED for Fill Off. When the Fillis On, press the footswitch during drum machine is play to add variation manually. After the variation is finished, the drum machine will go back to the main rhythm for play. Or you can press the footswitch twice quickly, the drum machine will stop after the variation is finished.
Notes: Details of the variation. You can add the variation in any beat of any bar the during drum machine its playing. The playing timing of variation depends on the adding timing. For example, inthe 4/4rhythm type, add variation in the second beat of any bar. then the current bar willbe 1 beat of the mainrhythm and 3 beats of variation (Fill). If you would like to add the variation (Fill) after the time that %4 bar is complete, the variation will be added to the next bar for play. -
Drum machine EQ adjustment
Press and hold the button LED while rotating the EQ/SPEED knob to adjust the drum machine EQ.
The 120 clock position for EQ Off.
Rotate to the left side for LOW-CUT, which is used for low-frequency cutting while connecting to the FRFR device.
Rotate to the right side for High-Frequency Enhancing, which is used for high frequency enhancing while connecting to an FRFR device.
Notes: The EQ setting will be stored even after the pedal is powered off. Sometimes you need to rotate the EQ knob alittle bit to refresh the EQ value.
