  • Install the spray nozzle (10) or the item to be used.
  • Check that the anti-impurities filter (12) is not blocked.
  • Connect the pressure washer to the power supply (8) and water supply (3).

Note
It is very important to let air out of the trigger gun before using the pressure washer. Press the trigger to let all the trapped air out of the unit and the high-pressure hose. Hold down the trigger until a continuous water jet comes out of the nozzle. This process may take 2 minutes.

OPERATION

Setting the water pressure
The angle of the water jet can be set with the spray nozzle by turning the tip. This will cause the jet to vary from approximately 0° (narrow high-impact water jet) to 60° (wide-spray water jet). Fig. 2
This device has 3 modes:
Concentrated mode

The angle of the water jet can be set with the spray nozzle. Rotate the nozzle to select the direct jet, which has a high impact on the surface to be cleaned and provides thorough cleaning of concentrated areas. This jet must be used carefully, as it can damage surfaces. Fig. 3
Note
Beware of the recoil caused by the force of the water when activating the pressure washer.
Pay special attention when cleaning surfaces susceptible to damage, such as vehicle bodywork or rims, lacquered surfaces, wood, paintwork, etc.
Spray mode
Turn the spray nozzle to select the fan spray pattern to cover large areas. This cleaning mode offers excellent results without the risk of damaging surfaces. By using a wide spray pattern, larger areas can be cleaned more quickly. Fig. 4
Turbo mode
Use the 3D Turbo Flip nozzle to clean with a turbo mode. Water is distributed in a spiral shaped jet. The 3D Turbo Flip nozzle combines the power of a direct jet of great impact with the efficiency of a 25º jet. This transforms the concentrated jet into a conical
jet that deep cleans larger areas. Fig. 5
Product performance
Note

The motor of this pressure washer does not run continuously. It only runs when pressing the trigger. Once the initial procedures in this manual have been carried out, turn the pressure washer on and press the trigger to activate the pressure washer.
High-pressure hose angle based on surface
When spraying water against a surface, the jet achieves maximum impact when sprayed head-on. However, this type of impact tends to embed dirt particles into the surface, creating the opposite cleaning effect to the one desired. Therefore, the optimum angle for spraying water against a surface is 45°. Spraying water at this angle improves the impact and allows for a more efficient removal of dirt. Fig. 6
Distance from the surface to be cleaned
Another factor that determines the impact force of the water is the distance from the surface to be cleaned. The impact and force of the water increases as the spray nozzle approaches the surface.
How to avoid damaging surfaces
A surface is damaged when the water impact force is greater than the hardness of the surface.
The impact force will vary according to the settings mentioned above. Never use a direct jet on surfaces susceptible to damage. Avoid spraying windows with the direct jet, as they may break.
The best way to avoid damaging surfaces is to follow these steps:

  1. Before pressing the trigger, move the spray nozzle to the fan spray position.
  2. Follow the distance and angle instructions mentioned above.
  3. Vary the angle of the jet, the type of jet, and the distance from the surface to be cleaned until efficient cleaning is achieved without damaging the surface.

Attachments
3D TurboFlip nozzle
The 3D Turbo Flip nozzle, also defined as a rotating nozzle, is a very effective accessory to significantly reduce cleaning time. It must be used to clean in Turbo mode, explained in the previous section. This accessory is attached to the lance.
Soap bottle
This model includes an accessory to apply soap while in operation. The use of soaps may reduce the cleaning time and make dirt removal easier. Some soaps have been designed for use in pressure washers and specific cleaning tasks. The use of thick soaps, like the soap used with tableware, can clog the injection system with chemical products.
Note
Soaps work better when applying them on spray mode.
The chemical action combined with high-pressure rinses in concentrated mode is very effective. In vertical surfaces, apply soap from bottom to top. This will prevent soap from dripping down and creating stains. High-pressure rinses can also be carried out from bottom to top. With stains especially difficult to remove you may need to use a brush along with soap and high-pressure rinses. Follow the instructions in the next section to use this accessory. Fig. 7
Anti-impurities filter
This model includes a transparent male connector with a filter that can be assembled with the hose to prevent the dust from getting through. This accessory is inserted into the water outlet (6).
360Brush special for wheel rims
This model includes a specific brush for car rims made of bristles, which can remove the harshest dirt. When using this accessory, water will automatically come out as low-pressure spray. This accessory is attached to the trigger gun.
Easy Clean brush (special for gaskets)
This mode also includes a cleaning brush which, combined with water and soap, helps remove stains and allows for a more efficient cleaning. When installing and using this accessory, water will automatically come out as spray, at low pressure. This accessory is attached to the trigger gun.
2-spin brush (special for floors)
This accessory is installed on the lance of the product and consists of hard bristles. When activated, it rotates while emitting water at high pressure, making thorough cleaning possible in the most convenient way. It is designed to clean the patio, garden floor or floors in general. Fig 8
Cleaning process
The following cleaning procedure will help you organize and ensure you get the best results. Remember to follow the previous advice.
Preparing the surface

  • Clear the area of furniture and check that windows and doors are securely closed.
  • Also make sure that plants and trees near the area to be cleaned are protected with a cloth.

Initial high-pressure rinse
Spray the area to be cleaned with water to clean any dirt that may have accumulated on the surface. Before pressing the trigger, move the spray nozzle to the spray mode position and progressively move it to the desired spray position. This way, you will avoid applying an excessively direct jet on more delicate surfaces.
Using soap
Water and soap must be used in a 1:19 ratio: 5.4% soap, 94.6% water.
Warning
Use only soaps designed for pressure washers.

  • Test the soap in an inconspicuous place before using the product.
  • Loosen the cap of the soap bottle and fill it with water and soap.
  • Replace the cover.
  • Disassemble the lance from the trigger gun.
  • Attach the soap bottle to the trigger gun. Fig. 9
  • Apply soap in such a way to cover the whole surface to be cleaned. Apply it from bottom to top to prevent soap from dripping down and staining the surface.
  • Leave the soap to act on the surface for several minutes. However, in particularly soiled areas, use a brush to gently scrub. Do not allow soap to dry on the surface.
  • Remove the soap bottle from the trigger gun and replace it with the lance and spray nozzle or accessory to be used.
  • Rinse the soap from the surface.

Note: rinse the soap bottle with clean water after every use.
Final rinse
Start the final rinse from bottom to top. Make sure that the surface is well rinsed, and that all dirt has been removed.
Turning off

  • Make sure there is no detergent in the system.
  • Turn off the motor. Turn off the water supply.
  • Once the product and the water supply have been turned off, press the trigger to depressurize the device.
  • After each use, wipe the surface of the pressure washer with a clean, damp cloth.

Warning

  • Do not turn off the water supply until the motor has been switched off, as this could cause serious damage to the pump and motor.
  • Do not remove the high-pressure hose from the machine while the system is being pressurized. To depressurize the device, turn off the motor and water supply and press the trigger 2 or 3 times.

Tips for extending the shelf life of the product

  • Do not use the product without water.
  • Do not use the product with hot water.
  • Before setting the spray nozzle pressure (high to low or low to high), release the trigger.
  • Never use the unit for more than 1 minute without spraying water.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Use only cleaning products specific for pressure washers.
  • The machine must be switched off and disconnected from the mains for cleaning or maintenance.
  • Do not store the pressure washer outdoors or where it can freeze, the pump could be severely damaged.

Cleaning the nozzle

  • A clogged or partially clogged nozzle can significantly reduce water output and cause intermittent jetting. To clean the nozzle:
  • Turn off and unplug the unit.
  • Disconnect the water supply. Press the trigger 2 or 3 times to release the pressure trapped in the hose.
  • Remove the lance from the trigger gun.
  • Turn the nozzle to concentrated mode to activate the internal blades.
  • Use the nozzle-cleaning needle provided or any pointy, thin item to clean the nozzle, e.g., insert an unfolded paper clip into the nozzle hole. Move it inwards and outwards until all dust and dirt is removed. Fig. 10
  • Pour water through the nozzle hole into the nozzle to clean the dirt remains. To do this, point a lighted garden hose at the nozzle for 30-60 seconds.
