Installation Manual

Notes

  • This fitting requires 220-240V AC/50Hz power input to the driver. Installation should be done by qualified electrician.
  • Electrical Wiring and installation should always comply as per the local standards.
  • Do not open or interchange any parts of this fitting or the warranty is void.
  • The fitting may be hot to touch after continuous use.
  • Do not install the fitting near heat source.
  • Do not install any inductive loads such as exhaust fans or pond pumps etc. within the same lighting circuit of this fitting. Issues caused by such wirings are not covered under our warranty policy.

Care & Refinishing

Mondolux strongly recommends following cleaning procedures to maintain proper finish of the product.

  • Do not use bleach or concentrated solvents under any circumstances.
  • For Black finish: Wipe gently with a soft damp cloth or chamois. Do not use any abrasive compounds.

Installation Steps

  1. Ensure the mains power is turned off.
  2. Make sure the luminaire is set to desired power and phase settings. See Pictures 1, 2.
  3. Click-in the track adaptor into the track and secure it by locking the knobs. The luminaire is compatible with most of the standard Tracks including the Mondolux brand. See Pictures 3, 4.
  4. The Luminaire can be then tilted to desired angle up to 30° on each side. To tilt, secure the luminaire on to the track and gently pull it downwards. Now tilt forward or backward based on the requirement. See technical drawing on Page 1.
  5. Driver can be adjusted to 4 different positions. Fixing lock can be adjusted in 2 positions. Make sure the driver and fixing locks are adjusted accordingly while connecting to the continuous track system, to avoid installation on the track joints. See Picture 5 through 10.
  6. Installation is complete.
