Manage Console
- Add client company to console – if not completed
■ Select correct features (Payables/Receivables)
■ Grant staff members access to client account
Client Setup

Bank Accounts
■ Add Client bank account using online banking (Recommended)
■ Add Client bank account manually -
User Access
■ Add client users and assign a Role based on what each User will be
doing in the account, roles available are:- Administrator
- Accountant
- Approver
- Payer
- Clerk
- Auditor (View-only)
Sync Setup
Bring data for Payables and/or Receivables from your accounting software into BILL to prevent entering data manually or duplicate entries. Once sync is set up, each time you sync again in the future, we’ll pick up any changes you’ve made in your accounting system or BILL.

Accounts Receivable (if applicable)
- Logo-Upload the Client Company logo to be displayed- Sent on emails to your vendors and customers and invoices sent to your customers to collect payment
- Branded website address- Customize the branded website address with your company name, where your customers go to access the customer Portal to pay the invoices you send them
- Inviting Receivables customers – getting started with sending invites to receivables customers.
