Specified Conditions Of Use

  • The support frames may be used only for supporting vehicles.
  • Do not use the supporting frames as a ladder, stool or similar object.
  • Do not use this product in any other way as stated for normal use. Not observing general regulations in force and instructions from this manual does not make the manufacturer liable for damages.

Safety Warnings Support frame set

  • The appliance must not be used if damaged or safety equipment is defective. Replace any worn-out and damaged parts.

  • Keep your work area clean and tidy. Untidy workplaces and workbenches increase the risk of accidents and injuries.

  • Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool.

  • Distractions can cause you to lose control.

  • Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.

  • Never load the support frames above the rated lifting capacity.

  • Use the support frames only in pairs, one pair for each axle!

  • Always place the support frames on a firm and level surface and ensure their load-bearing stability.

  • Secure the load to be lifted against rolling away and falling over.

  • Insert the support frames in the vehicle only at the positions specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

  • Risk of injury
    Staying under lifted load is strictly prohibited.

  • Never work under lifted load that is supported only by the lifter. Lifted load must be secured/supported by separate trestles or, as appropriate, brackets.

  • It is only possible to work on and under lifted vehicles when they are sufficiently secured and supported to make sure: they do not turn over and slip.

  • Make sure nobody is leaning against lifted vehicle or lifted load.

  • Do not move the support frames when under load.

  • Have your device repaired only by qualified professional staff using original spare parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.

  • Tools which are not in used must be stored in a dry place as high as possible out of the reach of children or in an inaccessible place.

Emergency procedure

Conduct a first-aid procedure adequate to the injury and summon qualified medical attendance as quickly as possible. Protect the injured person from further harm and calm them down. If you seek help, state the following pieces of information: 1. Accident site, 2. Accident type, 3. Number of injured persons, 4. Injury type(s)

Maintenance

  • Do not modify the device. Modifications are considered to be a use other than as intended and can result in injuries and damage.
  • Repairs and works specified in these Instructions may only be performed by qualified authorized staff.
  • Use only original accessories and original spare parts.
  • Only a regularly maintained and treated appliance can serve as a satisfactory aid. Insufficient maintenance and care can lead to unforeseen accidents and injuries.
  • Never clean the machine and its components with solvents, flammable or toxic liquids. Use only a damp cloth making.
  • Apply environment-friendly oil to all moving parts.
  • If necessary, a list of spare parts can be found at www. guede.com.

Disposal

Any damaged or disposed of devices must be delivered to appropriate collection centers.

Guarantee

  • Warranty period of 12 months applies to commercial use and 24 months applies to private use and commences on the day of purchase of the device.
  • The guarantee solely covers inadequacies caused by a material defects or manufacturing defects. Original payment voucher with the date of the sale needs to be submitted for any claim in the guarantee period.
  • The guarantee does not cover any unauthorised use such as appliance overloading, use of violence, damage as a result of any unauthorized interference or caused by foreign items. Failing to follow the operating and assembly instructions and common wear are also not included in the guarantee.

Please be sure to know that returning the product in or after the warranty period must be made in the original packaging.
