Check the outlet being used to charge machine

Test the outlet with a different device like a cell phone charger or small appliance

Check Charger model to make sure the correct Charger is being used
- For Model 1311: Model #SSA-340100US
- For Model 1312 and 1318: Model #SSA-250100US
- For Model 1313, 1315, and 1316: Model #SSA-220023US

If Charger is damaged > Replace Charger > Go to Parts & Supplies

Test the machine by plugging the Charging Cord directly into the back of the machine
- If the light blinks red or blue, allow it to charge
- If there’s no blinking light, please Contact Us

Please Note Charging Times:
- Model 1311 and 1312 > Require 4 hours
- Model 1313 and 1315 > Require 8 hours

Unplug from charger

With machine sufficiently charged > Does the machine turn ON?
- Yes, > Great! Glad we can get you back to Cleaning
- No > Remove Hand Vac
- Does the Hand Vac turn ON?
- Yes > The Handle needs to be replaced > Go to Parts & Supplies
- No > The Hand Vac should be replaced > Go to Parts & Supplies
- If the machine turns On then Off after a few seconds it indicates an obstruction in the Brush area > Go to Brush/Foot Area
