Product Information
The Cordless DuoSeal Alert is a versatile food sealer that allows you to make and seal bags from bag rolls. It features a Sealing Arm with a Sealing Arm Securing Bar, a Sealing Platform with Cutting Guides, a Slide Cutter Tab, an Alignment Guide, and a Vacuum & Seal Button. The sealer is cordless and needs to be plugged into a power outlet for operation. Please read the owner’s manual for complete instructions and important safety information before using this product.
Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Cut a Bag to Size
Place the appliance on a level surface. Open the Sealing Arm and Sealing Arm Securing Bar. Place the bag on the Sealing Platform and align it with the Cutting Guides. Close the Sealing Arm and press down near the Push-Open Latch until it clicks into place. Slide the Slide Cutter Tab to cut the bag. -
Step 2: Seal One End
Plug the sealer into a power outlet. Open the Sealing Arm and insert one end of the open bag into the sealer, aligning it under the Alignment Guide. Close the Sealing Arm and then the Sealing Arm Securing Bar. Press the Seal Only Button. The button will illuminate, and when the bag is sealed, the light will turn off. -
Step 3: Add Food
Open the Sealing Arm Securing Bar and press the Push-Open Latch to open the Sealing Arm. Remove and add food to the bag, ensuring to leave at least 2 inches of free space at the top for a proper seal. Return the bag to the Sealing Platform and align it with the Alignment Guide. Close the Sealing Arm and then the Sealing Arm Securing Bar. -
Step 4: Vacuum and Seal
Press the Vacuum & Seal Button. The sealer will remove the air and seal the bag. When the bag is sealed, the light will turn off. Note that the Vacuum & Seal Button should not be used with foods containing a large amount of liquid. In such cases, use the Seal Only Button instead. -
Step 5: Remove Sealed Bag Open the Sealing Arm Securing Bar and press the Push-Open Latch to open the Sealing Arm. Remove the sealed bag from the sealer.
Important: Before using the product, make sure to unpack all parts from the box and remove any clear or blue protective film on the components. Wash with warm, soapy water before first use. Note that only select accessories are dishwasher safe.
MAKING & SEALING A BAG FROM THE BAG ROLL

STEP 1 Cut a Bag to Size
- Place the appliance on a level surface. With the Sealing Arm and Sealing Arm Securing Bar open, place the bag on the Sealing Platform. Align the bag with the Cutting Guides. Close the Sealing Arm and press down on the Sealing Arm near the Push-Open Latch until the Sealing Arm clicks into place.
- Slide the Slide Cutter Tab to cut the bag.

STEP 2 Seal One End
- Plug the sealer into a power outlet. Open the Sealing Arm.
- Insert one end of the open bag into the sealer, aligning the bag under the Alignment Guide.
- Close the Sealing Arm and then the Sealing Arm Securing Bar.
- Press the Seal Only Button. The button will illuminate. When the bag is sealed, the light will turn off.

STEP 3 Add Food
Open the Sealing Arm Securing Bar and then press the Push-Open Latch. Remove and add food to the bag, leaving at least 2 inches of free space at the top to allow for a proper seal. Return the bag to the Sealing Platform and align the bag with the Alignment Guide. Close the Sealing Arm and then the Sealing Arm Securing Bar.

STEP 4 Vacuum and Seal
Press the Vacuum & Seal Button. When the bag is sealed, the light will turn off.
NOTE: Do not use the Vacuum & Seal Button with foods containing a large amount of liquid. Instead, use the Seal Only Button. -
STEP 5 Remove Sealed Bag
Open the Sealing Arm Securing Bar and then press the Push-Open Latch to open the Sealing Arm and remove the sealed bag.
IMPORTANT: Unpack all parts from the box and packaging and remove any clear or blue protective film on the components. Wash with warm, soapy water before first use (only select accessories are dishwasher safe).
