Fully Automated, In-Line Wire Binding
Twin-loop wire binding has traditionally been a manual and time-intensive process for print shops, increasing production costs while stagnating efficiency. The GBC eWire Pro removes this bottleneck with fully automated, twin-loop wire binding. It also integrates seamlessly with the varioPRINT 140 Series monochrome digital press or imagePRESS C10010VP, V1000, and C910 color digital presses with the Multi Function Professional Puncher to provide a fully automated, punch-and-bind production solution.
High-Quality, Professional Binding
The GBC eWire Pro offers a compact footprint that brings small print shops the
benefits of spool-fed production, eliminating the hassle of manual binding
with pre-cut wire elements. By reducing the number of manual steps in the
production workflow, users benefit from precision repeatability and
professionally bound documents. With wire sizes ranging from 1/4” to 9/16” in
diameter, the GBC eWire Pro can print over 500 books on a single spool.
The wire colors are black, white, and silver to best match customers’
applications. The eWire Pro’s secure twin-loop wire binding provides 360° lay-
flat finishing, ideal for photo books, manuals, booklets, and reports as well
as other specialty jobs.
