Application
This faceplate is to be installed on the Solution 4.5 ZC fireplace. Two different types of louvers are available.

Kit contents
Each kit contains the top and bottom louver of the selected style as well as hardware for installation on the faceplate. Which is sold separately.

Tools required
Square bill powered drill
Open end wrench 7/16 (11 mm)
Traditionally and Rustic Louvers Assembly Traditioned et Mustique

Using the open wrench, install the top louver on the faceplate using nuts (A) and bolts (B) provided. Install the bottom hinges (C) with the screws (D)

Insert aring (E) on the previously installed hinge (C), one on each side.

Align the bottom louver wtih the previously installed hinge (C).

Secure with 2 screws (F – AC02087) or (G – AC02086) included in the faceplate assembly.

Bring back the bottom louver towards the faceplate, pull up and push to secure the louver in place.
Face place Installation

Bring the faceplate close to the fireplace and hook the upper springs on the faceplate to hold it in place.

Firmly push the faceplate against the finishing material around the fireplace. Make sure the faceplate is perfectly aligned with the fireplace to avoid any deformation of the air control damper mechanism. Using a power driver, secure the bottom with 2 self-drilling screws (one on each side) provided.
