The Sublimation Heat Transfer Machine (GS-SH1012) is a large format cloth printing machine suitable for various applications such as large billboard printing, garment printing, ceramics, glass, sheet, metal, and decorative building materials printing. It features a drawer-type design with a high- temperature-resistant mesh platform. The machine is lightweight, energy- saving, and visually appealing. The digital microprocessor controller ensures an accurate display of time and temperature.

Operating Steps
Attention: The machine must be properly earthed.
- Plug in the machine and turn on the circuit breaker switch. The indicator light should illuminate.
- Turn on the power switch.
- Set the desired temperature on the temperature controller and wait until the temperature reaches the set value. The OUT1 indicator will go out and then flash automatically (heat-retaining mode).
- Set the required time on the time controller.
- When the temperature reaches the set value, switch to automatic or manual mode. Push the platform to the correct position. In automatic mode, simply push in the work-plate. In manual mode, push the work-plate in and press the green button to start.
- The cylinder will start working and return to its original position after reaching the set time.
- In automatic mode, push the platform to the right position. The upper plate will press down automatically and return to the original position after reaching the set time. Note: The machine won’t work if the platform is not in the right position.
- To stop the machine in an emergency, press the red circular button. To resume work, turn the red circular button clockwise to release it.
Maintenance
- Pressure Adjustment: To adjust the pressure, use the handle above the pressure filter. Turn it clockwise to increase pressure and vice versa.
- Time Adjustment: If the machine does not go up automatically when heating time is up, check the air pressure and circuit.
- Temperature Adjustment: If the OUT1 indicator lights up but the heater does not heat up after the temperature setting, check the circuit including the temperature controller and solid-state relay.
Heat Transfer Temperature & Time Settings
- Sublimation transfer: Temperature – 220°C, Time – 20 seconds
- Film heat transfer: Temperature – 160-180°C, Time – 8-10 seconds
- Foam heat transfer: Temperature – 140-160°C, Time – 5-8 seconds

Operating steps
Attention: The machine must be properly earthed.

Plug in, turn on the switch of the circuit breaker, then the indicator lights up.

Turn on the power switch.

Pre-set the temperature controller, and wait till the temperature reaches the setting temperature, the OUT1 indicator goes out and then flashes automatically. (heat-retaining mode)

Set the time controller to the required time.

When the temperature reaches the setting temperature, then turn to automatic or manual mode, and push the platform to the correct position, (if turn on automatic mode, you just push in the work plate. If you turn to manual
mode, please push the work-plate in and press the green button to start)
then the cylinder starts working. It will return to its original position after reaches the setting time. -
When the mode switch turns to “auto” mode, push the platform to the right position, the upper plate will press down automatically and return to its original position after reaching the setting time. (Attention: if the platform is not in the right position, and the machine won’t start work.

The red circular button is the “emergency stop button”, the machine won’t work as the heater will go up immediately if you press this button. If you want to work again, turn the red circular button in a clockwise direction, then the button leaves automatically and the machine works again.
Maintenance
- About pressure: if the pressure is not enough or too high, you can adjust the handle above the pressure filter, the pressure will increase as the handle turns in a clockwise direction, and vice versa.
- About time: if the machine does not go up automatically when heating time is up.
- Check the air pressure whether in a normal condition.
- Check circuit
- About temperature: After the temperature setting, if the indicator OUT1 lights up but the heater does not heat up, please check the circuit. (Temperature controller, Solid State Relay)
Heat transfer temperature & time setting:
- Sublimation transfer-temperature: 220℃, time:20 sec
- Film heat transfer temperature: 160~180℃, time:8~10sec
- Foam heat transfer temperature: 140~160℃, time:5~8sec
- Diamond heat transfer temperature: 180℃, time;10~12sec
- Iron plate heat transfer temperature: 180℃, time:30sec
