  • It is recommended to drill pilot holes on your surface to aid in the cutting of the hole.GS DRAFT SYSTEM SOLUTIONS REVERSETAP Low Profile Dispensers - feager3

  • Once the unit hole has been cut, place the base back over the hole to mark the mounting holes for the screws or bolts.

  • Once you’ve marked the bolt or screw holes, then once again, drill pilot holes.

  • This will ensure that whatever surface you work on won’t split, crack or break when drilling in screws or bolts.

  • When installing the Reverse Tap Low-Profile unit, use all the base holes to properly secure the unit. The number of base bolts/screws required depends on the unit’s size.

  • Identify flow meters and the direction of flow.

  • Arrows point TO the solenoid.

  • FIRMLY, but gently push and twist the flow meter into the solenoid. Plug the flow meter wire into the LED panel, not the display screen.PLEASE DO NOT ROCK the flow meter into the solenoid, as this is plastic and could snap,
    rendering the solenoid ineffective.

  • Once the flow meter is inserted, and the flow meter wire attached, attach 6 ft of 3/16” beer line using a 13.3mm retaker clamp or worm clamp and attach it to the flow meter.

  • Repeat this step for each Reverse Tap nozzle.GS DRAFT SYSTEM SOLUTIONS REVERSETAP Low Profile Dispensers - feager9

  • Feed beer lines through the hole that was made on your mounting surface; be careful not to hit or damage the flow meters.

  • Once the Reverse Tap unit face is placed on the base, hand screw the unit together.

  • Attach 5/16” gas line to the regulator using a 15.7mm oetiker clamp or worm clamp.

  • Follow the gas line that you just attached and attach it to the beer keg coupler using a 17.0mm oetiker clamp or worm clamp.

  • This will be attached to the side that reads ‘GAS’.

  • Attach a 3/16” beer line to the top of the beer keg coupler using a 13.3mm oetiker clamp or worm lamp.

  • Locate the power brick, attach the power cord, and attach the AC adapter for the red and black power cable to the Reverse Tap unit.

  • Attach the male and female connectors to power on the unit.

  • The unit will automatically power on.

  • Watch for the LED panels to cycle through blue, green, and red.

  • Also, monitor the display screens to ensure both are illuminated and cycle to the “READY” The unit will automatically power on.

  • Attach couplers to kegs and prepare to test the unit!

  • Grab the Reverse Tap cup, and firmly place the cup on the LED panel. Magnets should “grab” the cup and hold it in place.

  • Depending on the cup size selected (small, medium, or large size), your Reverse Tap unit will pour the appropriate ounces and will stop automatically.
